I have found that I am having to make adjustments each week or two. When I feel too loose in the back of the pelvic floor, I do more back kegels. If I can’t reverse levels very well (which I define by feeling a large expansion of the pelvic floor and by being able to make my erection go down quickly), then I work on my anterior pelvic tilt and pelvic floor stretches. When I can’t belly breathe, then I do the cobra stretch. If I have a session where I’m back to 30 seconds, then I reassess if it was because I let my arousal spike up too fast, if let my pelvic floor get too tight from poor thrusting technique, or something else.
Overall, I’m having success, but the success is so new that I am having to continually learn.
So I have done pe on and off...
