Hey, in this post i want to bring some new perspectives into the ongoing discussions about premature ejaculation.
This forum is heavily focused on the health of the pelvic floor and that obviously does not work for every individual.
In fact it only seems to work for a small portion of the members taking behavioral therapy.
I want to give you a compact observation beyond the "traditional" approach that tries to tackle the problem.
For you to understand this and act accordingly in consequence to this post, i assume you tackled your mental problems and you are in a physically normal or fit shape with a good posture but still suffer premature ejaculation like i do to some extent.
Take this anatomy picture as a basis for following thoughts.

The Glans of the penis is the most sensitive part of the penis. That is common knowledge. Therefore it is the part of the penis that triggers stimulation the most and as a sequel stimulation in this area will lead to the emission and in the end to the ejaculation stage.
On top of that, if you don't have a small penis, the cervix of the vagina will grab the glans of your penis additionally which creates even more friction along the vagina when having sex.
After observing that all this PV-exercises don't really contribute to solving my issues i looked at what triggers PV-contractions while i receive ongoing stimulation.
Looking at the head the following areas create the strongest contraction pulses while stimulated:
Corona glandis, the backside of the glans above the corona glandis and the Frenulum. The other areas dont activate a that strong contraction in the PV.
The most recent observations that back this up are the ones me and other members made with Pau Yueng Tong, a numbing ointment consisting of clove oil, Ginseng and other minor things. applying this numbing ointment to this area and waiting for around 2hours, sex will be still enjoyable because not all areas are numbed but the areas creating the contraction of the pelvic floor remain rather numb.
What can we take from this? Desensitization does not mean your dick does not feel anything or that sex is not enjoyable. The goal of this kind of desensitization is to create tolerance for certain areas of the glans to delay the emission and ejaculation stage.
Besides PYT and other numbing ointments, i have seen members do penis banding which is very dangerous and not to be recommended.
The next step in following this observations is to create a plan how to create tolerance for receiving stimulus in these areas.
There was a guy trying to invent a "glans-ring" you wear in day to day live to create tolerance. The function can be compared to the tolerance by permanently wearig a piercing. At some point you only feel additional stimulus not the stimulus you permanently have because the body adapts and the neurons dont shoot signals anymore.
I will try to do it manually for now by creating friction with my palm and cloth while i masturbate but i would love to have your thoughts on this particular topic!Last edited by ZeNigmar; 01-15-2019 at 05:18 PM.

It seems like your desensitizing theory aligns with the deathgrip theory started by James Monroe at this thread (https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...h-grip-51.html)
It appears he was able to desensitize himself while using deathgrip and other members have had some success as well. The problem is this can be a double edged sword and lead to DE.

My experience with wearing an extender showed that it aided in glans desensitizing. Specifically a noose style extender. For me to orgasm requires concentration and focus. We've had sex for over an hour and not even close to struggling not to cum.

You know now that you mentioned this, the most I was ever in control was back in my first run of enlargement when I was using a sock hanger. I could pretty much choose when and if I finished.
I've been thinking about slowly incorporating it again after I finish my newbie routine or working up a poor man's ads for the office. I think I'm in now.
I suppose simply not wearing underwear would help in desensitizing the glans if you're cut, especially if you walk frequently throughout the day.

The difference is, and that is really important, deathgrip desensitize the whole genital (besides potentially fracturing it) i search for a method to desensitize this particular spots to weaken or stop involuntary PV contractions which lead to ejaculation.
Death grip in comparison is like, if you like analogies, your banana has a brown spot, but instead of cutting it out and eating the rest you just throw away the whole banana.“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Wishing is not enough; we must do.”

Attempting to desensitize the glans is the absolute worst possible solution and an incredibly bad idea.

You are implying several things.
1. "less pleasure" - wrong. Longer intercourse (or satistfying intercourse) will lead to stronger ejaculation and less anxiety of any kind
2. "desensitizing" - approaching this topic, i am not talking about permanent damage, i am talking about creating a tolerance for stimulus to not trigger the EJ-Reflex instantly which is something really different.
3. "the glans" - no. The Corona the lower backside and the frenulum.
This method if worked out as a proper routine could help men last tremendously longer without relying on techniques like "death grip".“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Wishing is not enough; we must do.”

Re your point 2 this is part of what pelvic floor training does.
That is in part pelvic floor training creates a tolerance for stimulation so that it does not cause wild spasms that drive a guy to ponr.
In a sense it is not the sensitivity of the frenulum which is the issue ,everyones frenulum is sensitive after all . It is the reaction of the body to it that is the issue .
