For a day like today where I am reflecting on what I am thankful to God for, I wanted to say I am thankful for finding this forum where I have found help and hope. I’m thankful for all of those who have gone before me and done the hard work of figuring out how to beat PreE and then given the rest of us the techniques that helped them. And I’m thankful for those who stick around and encourage us who are still a work in process. So thank you, God, and thank you to all of you out there who contribute to this forum. Have a happy thanksgiving!

End of Week 4 Update:

Edging was not so great. I don't know why I chose this, but I decided to not stick to my new low and slow routine and instead tried out the STU. Definitely still have zero control. I gotta go back to what I was doing last week. I do want to focus more on the glans and frenulum.

Back to basics today. Kept it real slow and easy pressure, ramped up slowly and got to a moderate pace with no IKs for the first 20 minutes. Pulled out a fun pic of the wife and at that point got IKs real easily. Clearly I've got some rewiring to do in the visuals department, but I'll take it one step at a time.

Tough today. Quick arousal, didn't feel loose in the PF. Pushed through and fought off IKs for the duration, but definitely felt over sensitive and didn't feel in control.
Additional Thoughts: I edged today, Monday 12.02.19 and it went well. Just wanted to write down some thoughts about it before I forget. First, I stretched my penis for about 5 minutes before; might've made the PF a little looser going into edging, not sure, but it's possible. Second, I focused more than ever on getting pleasurable feelings from the sensitive areas while keeping a relaxed pelvic floor, and that's something I couldn't have done when I started all of this. I remember having no control of my arousal. It was either all or nothing, meaning I was either not aroused at all, or right at a level 10 and could orgasm almost immediately even when just by myself. I think focusing on getting a relaxed PF and then practicing edging while trying to keep the PF relaxed throughout has increased my tolerance for pleasure without having the orgasm response.
I kinda feel like I can see the path forward for me: I think it's going to be all about increasing my ability to feel higher and higher levels of pleasure without getting tight in the pelvic floor. This is old news to most of the seasoned contributors here, but I guess I'm still trying to figure all this out for myself and I think I have an unusually bad case of PreE, so I'm really starting from ground zero here. Anyway, just wanted to log this in so I think of it moving forward.

Edging was good today. Felt like I was heading in the right direction with pushing for more stimulation on the sensitive areas while keeping a relaxed pelvic floor. I think that's going to be the key for me to get better; increase stimulation on the sensitive areas without any pelvic floor movements until I'm able to experience high levels of pleasure without any IKs.

Super stoked on how edging went today. I'm finally getting some sense of control in the lower core and pelvic floor. I think what made such a big difference today is due to my core. I absolutely demolished my core on Tuesday night and today I feel alot more muscle control in my core to where I could feel my abs actually pushing down on the pelvic floor to keep it still and exclude IKs from happening. I think the core work combined with the last few weeks of slow edging focused on killing off IKs produced these results. I also did all my Pelvic Floor stretching and APT stretches right before edging. That may have contributed as well. Very happy with today's results, and I feel good about the probability of replicating it moving forward.

Edging was great again. I had pretty good awareness and muscle control in my lower abs and was thus able to keep a relaxed pelvic floor. I think the tough part came when I started to lose EQ and arousal when expanding my lower core. I'm assuming this is due to my sexual psychological conditioning where it's either zero arousal or 100% arousal, so that my body isn't sure what I'm doing when I'm trying to edge without kegeling and ejaculating. Based off others' experiences here, I'm just guessing my body will get used to the more moderate arousal while maintaining higher and higher EQ. So we'll see if that happens over the next few weeks. For now, very happy with the results.
End of Month 1 of 90 Day Plan Update:
What I've learned:
1. Maybe I haven't yet fully experienced the kind of strong Reverse Kegel that has worked well for WillGetBetter, ACPreE, and andrewvi7.
2. My glute and core strength seem to increase my awareness and control of the muscles in my Pelvic Floor, so I need to really focus on strengthening glutes and core.
3. Going slow in edging has been the key for getting rid of IKs, need to keep improving and practicing.
4. My arousal control is still missing when I'm actually with my wife, gotta work on that somehow.
Where I've succeeded: I'm very happy with the increased ability to edge without immediately and continually getting IKs. Until now, I don't think I've experienced masturbation without tightening and squeezing my pelvic floor since I first started as a kid, so this is great improvement.
What I need to work on: Getting stronger in my glutes and core, getting looser in my quads, hip flexors, and pelvic floor, and then increasing stimulation during edging without getting IKs. I've still got a long road ahead, but I'm glad to see some improvement.
