    I’m also going to start incorporating tennis ball massage. Anyone have a regimen they use so I don’t overdo it?

    5-HTP can pass the blood barrier for Serotonin. Phenibut for GABA. Both were an anti-depressant-medication back in the time but is not anymore for some reason.

    If you are serious about it there is a nice way to approach this.

    Before starting to specify your diet, go fast for 48-72 hours. 72 are better i think. After that slowly reimplement foods to see how you react to them one after another and take the supplements.

    I'll do that myself around summer when im planning to cut down weight for muscle definition.

    It is a great way to see the specific reaction of your body to certain things.

    I heard from somewhere that hight dopamine is not healthy for mental. If someone can find a supplement or activity that lower dopamine, it would be nice.

    I wanted to update this and essentially keep it like a progress log.

    Last week 4 days edging, Hindi 10 mins a day, stretches throughout the day and kept to the supplement and vitamin regimen.

    This week has been five days edging and there have been good results. I’ve alternated between hand and flesh light but I think I’m going to use the flesh light as my primary. With the hand I’ve been twisting and focusing on the head, but it doesn’t give me quite the trouble the flesh light does. And I want some intensity. I can hand edge for quite a while and it doesn’t translate to sex. Why is that? I think my arousal gets too high and I’ve been working on lowering it and keeping relaxed and calm.

    With the flesh light I’ve angled it so my head hits first and it’s as stimulating as possible. I’ve also added in some streaming images of women and some videos that incorporate sounds. Good idea?

    I’ve also started to think I have an overactive PF and started to follow some of the Hand protocol. I know from a PT visit it’s tight, so loosening it up is a priority.

    I also visited a new PT to see if I had any APT issues or lower back curve and be confirmed that I did not, but I had a weak core which consisted of a rigid lower back (it gives me trouble all the time), weak abs, weak hip flexors, tight hamstrings, etc. I can’t help but wonder if this is a big key to PreE. APt causes a lot of these symptoms, so perhaps it’s the cause of what APT does to you and not the APT itself.

    So I’m doing Pt to try and strengthen and stretch that area and hopefully all this sets me on my way.
