Hi, Can you do this kind of squat for 10min and do you have pre e? (Toes straight fowar and open wide hip squat)

My theory is you have pre e because your pelvic floor is inbalance/weak/tigh. And if you have inbalance/weak/tigh pelvic floor then you cant do this kind of squat.

What I want you to respond to this thread is like "I cant do this squat and i have pre e" or " I can do this squat easily and i still have pre e" or " I can do this squat easily and I can last as long as i want"
I renember somewhere here one member said he had delayed ejaculation bacause he was in squat position alot from younger age while playing baseball.
Remember to check the youtube link video what kind of squat i mean. This is the "real" squat wich is different than many other squat. (Toes straight foward and wide hip squat)

I can do the squat for ten minutes and I have premature ejaculation. My lower back does get sore when I try to maintain good posture though.

Yep, I did toes straight.
You know what though, I did the ten minute squat early today and then I did my edging an hour ago and I feel different suddenly. I jacked myself hard and fast for twenty minutes and my arousal level rise slower than usual, and it fell more quickly as well. I can pee very easily at the moment as well, my pelvic floor feels more stretched than usual. This is the first time I've squatted like this for ten minutes. Maybe it's had some effect on me lol.
I'll try to have sex soon, hopefully there will be some results there as well.

Nice, i really hope this is the solution for you. I myself have no ability to do this toes straigth squat. It is impossiple position for me even im only 29yo. I would fall back or my feet toes would make 25° degree to side. And for me this squat position hurts alot. I belive my pelvic floor is fuckup because of over 7h sitting/day for many years.
I wish you would do this squat exercise daily and more importantly do it just before sex. Because i think sitting would reverse everything you have gained especially when sitting with bad posture.

It would be nice to hvae more guys to try this exercice to discuss. To make sure for people do it correctly that this is not hindi or hindu squat. This is Kelly Starrett squat, it is way more different and difficult than hindi and hindu squat. This guy is no joke. You can google that. He have most video in youtube talking about only squat.
And make sure you dont sit alot especially before sex. Try to sit on lotus pose if you need to. I belive if we sit in the "wrong"/bad posture and it would reverse everything we gained from squat exersice.

Yes you can have premature E even if you do this squat if you spend the rest of the day continuing to do what it is that is tightening your pelvic floor.
You can do this squat now with toes straight ahead if you place a thick book under your heels and over time use thinner and thinner books until you are on the floor.

Thanks. I'll try doing it daily. After doing it yesterday I also had this sensation like I needed to pee even though I had no pee, maybe because my pelvic floor was stretched out. I've seen that post made by the baseball player guy. I'm not sure how baseball players squat though, do they do it like Kelly Starrett?
