    I have been thinking about something. When I began doing this I stopped doing everything else. I am thinking that maybe other things like: kegels, reverse kegels and edging might counteract the effect of this. If someone can do the test and try this without doing kegels, reverse kegel or edging it would be appreciated. If you wish you can continue doing stretches, apt exercises and things like that if you are currently doing them because I don't think those would interfere. I think that exercises that work directly with the pelvic floor might be interfering (or maybe overtraining) the effects of glans squeezing. Maybe someone that had been doing kegels, reverse kegels or edging for a long period of time without results might give this a try. If those things are not working you won't lose anything if you stop doing them for a few weeks. Lets try for 2 weeks again, if you don't feel any difference just do everything again.

    Boricua, are you uncircumcised or circumcised? I have notice that glans squuezing exercise would work ALOT better when foreskin is resting behind the glans throuhoug the day. Its a BiG HUGE difference.

    I am uncircumcised but when I was a kid I decided to let my skin pulled back all the time because I thought it looked more aesthetic. Now I am like if I were circumcised because my skin never covers the glans. It looks exactly like if I were circumcised.

    WillGetBetter, I just saw your article. What a great job! I can't imagine how many hours you dedicated to it. I hope that many members can get rid of PreE using it because that has always been my wish, to see every member succeeding. When that happens you will be rewarded with the satisfaction that your work and your effort helped them. Thanks for including a link to this thread. Make a new thread with a link to the article.     I am ready to leave the forum. I will check it from time to time to see if there are new methods. I wish luck to all of you. My last advice is: always pay attention to how you feel and work on everything that makes you reach PONR fast. If you find something that works stick with it and never allow PreE to return again.     Thanks, it was a lot of work. I need to work in some more options for sensitivity. It seems like there’s a group of men that need it at a higher level than I did. It is difficult to make recommendations outside of personal experience. If you ever want to write a section on the sensitivity options, we could put it into the program.

    Congrats to you. I love knowing other people out there have best this. It’s such a relief. Whatever happens in life, I feel very thankful that I found a solution.

    Hi all! New member and I just came across this thread. I'm really thinking Boricua might be on to something! If you learn about sensory issues you'll find that the "cure" is to desensitize your skin to the over stimulation. There's all kinds of special brushes that you can rub on arms, back, etc. This seems like a similar approach.

    I happened to have just sat down to start some stretching on a tennis ball when I saw this thread yesterday. I started squeezing my glans and the pressure from the tennis ball made IK's instantly noticeable. After 10 mins or so I had an idea and stole my wife's bullet. The vibration increased the amount of IK's. I spent HOURS yesterday desensitizing and by the end of the day, felt like the IK's were mostly gone. I sat down at my desk this morning and they're back. It feels like I'm starting all over. I take that as a sign my body got used to the stimulation enough that the IK's went away temporarily but not enough to stay away long term. My hypothesis (lol) is that they should take longer to return after each session.

    I'll keep at it and report back after a period of time if there's anything worth reporting.

    Also - Interestingly, these sessions have also taught me quite a bit about my arousal levels, breathing and RK's.

    So i've done this for little over 2 weeks, and have experienced no changes. I have become more aware of IK's which atleast is a good thing.
