    Boricua may be gone, but does anyone know if you should continue squeezing even once you are erect?

    Within 30 seconds of squeezing, I get erect but not sure if I should let it go flaccid or just continue. All this while having trousers/pants on.

    Seems like a good plan, just starting myself, will report back. I too get loads of IK even when laying in bed etc. Glans are supersensitive. I put mine down to bad M habits in which I would M with a super light 2 finger grip (often with clothes on)

    Hi guys! I know that I already said goodbye but I have been thinking a lot about something. I can't get out of my head why although this training seems to help some of you against IK's it doesn't help you last longer during sex. I have been thinking if I did something else different since I began doing this. The only thing I did different about the same time I began doing this training is that I began taking MCT oil. Maybe someone should try it to see if it makes a difference. I use a MCT oil that is made only of coconut (MCT oil is NOT the same as coconut oil). There are some MCT oils that are made of coconut and palm kernel. If someone decide to try this use a brand that is made only of coconut at least the first time to make the variable as similar as possible. At the beginning I was taking 2 tablespoons daily (1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 tablespoon in the evening). Now I am taking 1 tablespoon daily (1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening). Obviously MCT oil alone won't work, you will need to keep doing your training, but maybe it helps.

    2 week update - Good news! I went 12 mins on Saturday and felt like I could have gone as long as I wanted if she hadn't asked me to finish! (The last time I went that long I was still drinking hard and it was the second or third go of the night.) I'm basically searching out sensitive spots (mostly the glans) with my wife's bullet all day long. At this point I have an almost automatic reflex to relax my abs, RK and control my breathing whenever I find one. My take away from Saturday was that I'm MUCH more aware and in control of arousal levels and IK's.

    I'll keep working at it and report back in a week or two.

    Contractulation Drawlguy. Do you think the whole idea of this is desentisating glans? Im not having sex currently that is why i need to ask you guys. It is there any possible that to have result from this exersice you need to squueze with power and attack every area of the glans?

    I'm not sure if it's desensitizing or just conditioning a different reaction. Kinda like fireworks on the 4th. Everyone jumps and screams when the first one goes off but by the grand finale that reaction is gone. Did they become "desensitized" to the audio/visual stimulation or just become accustomed to it? Both could probably be the right answer.

    OP may have intended something different, but for me it's more like an all day edging session with a focus on the glans because they seem to trigger the IK's. (I'm not trying to destroy any nerve endings with brute force. Basically just wanting to work on how I respond to what feels good.)

    Also, to me personally and I'm sure to many of you, it's important to work on how you respond to what looks good - seeing nice boobs, a hot ass, a pretty face in public, I used to be like "ZOMG i want to have sex with her and cum in her face" and crazy monkey mind things like that, whereas now I try to stay calm and just appreciate the beauty. I mean, if I go crazy like that on the streets, I won't last a second in the sheets! haha

    I doubt it has a direct impact on the glans tissue that desensitizes directly.
    This must be in relation to the pelvic floor muscles being trained differently to react to the stimulus on the glans.
    Glans-pelvic floor connection(and maybe brain)

    Great technique you found here Boricua! I think it's fine as it is and doesn't need dietary recommendations along with it.
    It's very possible that others have more triggers that are present in different intensities.
    Also everyone takes different times to change the reaction.. and the mental aspect of lasting during sex is a big one too.
