It's OK, you can do it while erect. I have never done RK's but if you are going to do them my recommendation is to not do both things at the same time. Do them at separate moments. I am not sure how or why this works but I have several theories. In all of my theories it is a good thing to let the IK's happen and not combat them consciously. Let your body learn to deal with them on its own.

I'm gonna start doing this, but I wonder if you're achieving long-term desensitation or if it's just like after you've had sex recently and are less sensitive the next time. If you quit doing it your PE comes back? You have to do it daily forever? It's been 7 months since the thread started.

I believe that premature ejaculation is like diabetes, if you have it you can control it but you can't cure it. Premature ejaculation was so humiliating for me that I promised myself that if I find something to make it stop I would do it forever. I have seen many members that thought that they were cured and then, after some time, they are back at the forum seeking help again. Probably I can stop for some time without losing control but I won't take the risk.

it would be worth mentioning that a lot ( if not all ) of Pre E people, myself included, tend to consider Pre E cured when we last 20 minutes. While this would be great, technically Pre E is beaten when you pass 5 minutes and don't ejaculate when you enter her.
But a lot of us want to make up for the lost time and automatically think we need to last like pornstars, which is not wrong, but medicinally speaking you get cured when you can last 4-5 minutes

I have noticed that too. Everyone is happy lasting 5 minutes except us, people that have suffered from premature ejaculation. For us the mark seems to be 20 mins. That was exactly my goal and never gave up until I did it. But when I said that it can't be cured I was referring that I think that no matter what method you use to last longer, if you stop doing it, sooner or later you will suffer premature ejaculation again.

Yes this is a big trigger. I noticed the most sensitive spot on my penis is on top of my penis on top of my head right before the penis hole. I have written many articles about tight masturbation techniques like the “mushroom Mayham” and “python pressure” and this is pretty much like my python pressure technique. I just noticed also that the base of the penis has a huge sensitive area so it is good to play around in that area with a tight grip as well. That will get you lasting longer during doggy style or pile driving. Yes, my penis also does an IK when my head feels pressure.
Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

Yes, just before I began doing this I was experimenting with the base and glans with some success. My main focus at the base was the bulb. Then I found that squeezing the glans was enough for me. Since then I'm only squeezing my glans because it saves my time because I do it while I am driving. I am married and have kids, finding time for a routine is almost impossible. I wrote a few days ago that I tried this once and seen potential after edging. But then I stopped as I gained some fear over this.
Why you ask?
Because in theory this exercise should be enough for at least 50% of Pre E patients, as it would make the penis numb to the BC reflex of the glans squeezing.
But if you read around regarding the BC reflex, you would see that if you squeeze the glans and DON'T initiate a BC muscle reflex, it's a sign of neurological problem.
When this is exactly what Bourica claimed, that after a few sessions of doing this, when squeezing the glans, the BC reflex will not be present.
So I would like for other people to give their thoughts into this, because as I said, this exercise has great potential creating a normal response to something that happens in sex with every thrust.
