At the beginning I did only the glans squeezing when I was driving from home to work (about 20 mins) and from work to home (about 30 mins), obviously with my pants on, I am not driving with my penis out. I took some vacations and since then I am using vibration. Duration varies depending on mood but now it is about 20 mins of squeezing and 20 to 30 mins of vibration. Now that I am not doing it while driving I do everything directly to the penis (without pants).

In terms of "cured" I'm relatively so. I still have the occasional bad day, but for the most part I have it under control.
I have quit porn . But my experience has been different from what you described. I have found I could have a brand new partner. They are super attractive, I'm excited and super aroused. Yet with porn I start to go to another level and seemingly want to ejaculate right away.I have less arousal control with porn than I do a naked woman in front of me . It might be the PMO? Thing is that what it is called? As soon as I watch porn my brain associating with getting off.
My own personal opinion I'm sharing and not trying to debate from years of battling PE and reading people's issues is anxiety is number one issue. Yes pelvic floor tightness, porn, uncontrollable IK, bad masterbating habits all contribute to PE and those are things that got us there and need addressed, but anxiety prevents I think a lot of progress.
Some people have tight pelvic floors so they do endless squats and reverse kegels to loosen up. But when it's go time anxiety kicks in and body and pelvic floor tighten back up. Breathing shallows and can't we control arousal. So we have one or a couple bad experiences and then it snowballs out of control and now everrytime we have sex its always on our mind . Almost everybody that has PE is constantly consumed by it and can never relax. It's the most common thing I read with all people suffering from PE I think physical exercise likes squats, reverse kegels also give people a psychological edge that they can beat this, they are doing something about it and that helps them relax along with physical the benefits that can help improve . So when people see progress and for me I think from death gripping /desensitized type exercises have been easily the most beneficial, though I understand the dangers and why looked down upon, is once you have many positive experiences, see you can get better and you last longer, you start finally relaxing and then you much make big leaps of improvement. I also think though relaxing during sex, turning your brain off and enjoying the moment is the absolute hardest thing to do. I also think it's the most beneficial thing and should be a top training priority that gets over looked.

I just tried your method and my hands already got tired after like 2-3 minutes squeezing, so I thought of an easier way to do it and found something CRAZY!
When lying down and your hard penis sticks straight up, pull your skin down and put the palm of each hand left and right to your glans and start rubbing them at the same time - the same motion you would do to make an oldschool fire with a stick!
I can't hold this for more than some seconds when I'm erect and I immediately get the same exact feeling I get when penetrating!

Haha, yes, the hand can get tired, I just keep switching hands. Yes, this type of training should be done daily to create tolerance. Since my method and the one you invented don't require flexing muscles there is no risk of overtraining. Do it daily and let us know your progress.

I've been doing the squeezing for a few weeks now and have noticed a big difference in involuntary kegels and the tightness of my pelvic floor.
When I first started I'd get ik's every time I squeezed, even flaccid. They got stronger when erect. Now I don't notice ik's when flaccid and only a handful when erect, then they stop.
My pelvic floor has been extremely loose the past week. I've even noticed my bladder capacity seems to have increased. I felt as if my pf was getting looser through yoga poses and rk's but nothing compared to what I've seen with the glans squeezing alone.
I haven't been able to have intercourse since starting them but I hope soon I'll be able to report back on that.
My glans doesn't seem as if it's been desensitized. Just seems like the ik's being tied to contact with it is being shut off. Hopefully this is the key

Hey Boricua I had a quick question regarding technique. I know you said act like you're squeezing a bike horn. So do you have 2 fingers on your frenulum and your thumb on the head of the penis? And how hard do you squeeze? I know you said you try to go faster opposed to harder I just dont want to get in the habit of squeezing too soft. I really think you're on to something here and I hope I can get some similar results!

Most of the time it is like that, two fingers on the frenulum and the thumb on the head. Sometimes I do it with a pinch grip. I don't think it matters too much as long as you are squeezing. Find the most comfortable "squeeze" for you. The amount of pressure is hard to answer with words. Don't do it too soft but make sure to not hurt yourself. If you feel pain or discomfort you are doing it too hard.
