You mentioned that you were doing more traditional approaches at first and then added or switched to the glans squeezing. Maybe your other work fixed some other causes of preE for you and that put you in a place where glans sensitivity was one of your last symptoms. Once you fixed that - you had all the parts fixed.
I see maybe an equal number of people on here who say PYT works for them as people who say it doesn’t. Maybe it works for the people who’s only remaining issue is penis sensitivity. Maybe for the others, their tight pelvic floor, anxiety, or something else isn’t addressed by the PYT - so it doesn’t work. Maybe that’s similar to what is happening with your technique.

Yep, I agree with you. That's what I was expecting, that at least those members that see results with PYT would improve easily doing this.

I have tried your exersice over 1 month now. Didnt see result on marturbating. Actually i over did your exersice. I squeezed and grinded my whole glans, frenulum and frenular delta with full power i get from my hand. I also tried to desentize my frenulum with 3 clothespin clamping my frenulum and frenular delta area 4 times. 1h, 30min, 15min and 10min with no actual result. Only good result i get from these exersices is i dont get ik anymore when touching, squuezing or griding my glans.
Now i found one small area on my glans that I havent squueze or rub yet. It is the frenulum are that is near urination hole. I will actack that area then report you later.

It stopped your IK's? That's good! Let us know when you try it with sex. For some reason it happens the same to me. It works with sex but makes no difference with masturbation, which is weird because usually it is the opposite what happens when people fight PreE, that people see improvement with masturbation but not with real sex. Attack the area you mentioned anyway and keep us informed. Thanks for trying and updating!

Experiencing hypesensitivity on the frenulum, but not really on the glans it self. Will try this for 2 weeks and report back.
And I'll ofcourse be focusing my squeezing around the frenulum.

Im happy to hear that this exercise is working for real sex only.
Today i have acttack that area i mentionet before for 1 hour. Now while writing this post, im clampping that area with clothespin for 15min. Hope to get pussy soon for the real test.

I bought a rubber hammer and hamnered my glans for 20min. With the power of hamner weight gravity. After 15min i could hammer little bit harder and just felt good. Now I already do "everything" to desentize my glans and frenulum.
Im having house warming party on this weekend. We will going to night club and ill do my best to pull some chicks home to having sex. If this exersises is not gonna work ill will tryi @Andrewi7 and @willgetbetter exersices!

Sounds a bit too radical. Anyway, good luck with what you're doing. Btw if you will drink on that party, it will be hard to judge whether it is alcohol or the hammering that helped with lasting longer.
