Hello guys,
After my last disappointing results I have some good news.
I started doing a routine of strong back reverse kegels (feeling the pressure around the anus) and since then I have noticed huge gains and improvements, one time even lasting 10 minutes thrusting. I haven't tried yet real sex because I don't want to be disappointed again, but what I'm saying is that doing this every day before masturbating definitely makes the urge to cum go away (I was cuming after 3-5 pumps before).
Yesterday I didn't do exercises and I finished in 5 pumps again. Today I did them and I could go thrusting for 7 minutes again.
So what gives? If I continue these exercises will I every reach the point of not having to do them
