Thanks for the reply Pegasus. As I mentioned, I am doing well while edging. I can hold it for 20 minutes and more. I go over the whole penis, including frenulum. I might need to slow down a little bit and I rarely stop for rest. I am only having trouble while doing sex. Do I have to go back to stop and start?

AS other said.
The awesome part is that you know it's possible to enjoy sex more than a few moments.
If you haven't changed anything (training, lifestyle) I would encourage you to look into your mind (psychotherapy could be your breakthrough).
I am repeating myself. But many problems outlined here don't have much to do with biological issues. And that is a good thing. Because the mind can be 'updated' faster than the body.VRSelector is a directory with adult vr videos. You get to test videos from multiple places before you decide to pay for a subscription.

During the beginning of a sexual experience, I try to stay calm, do diaphragm breathing, and then if I start to get a real hard erection where I can feel my pelvic floor tightening up - I do some RKs. I try not to get too ramped up during foreplay or when I’m doing oral on her. I do that mostly by trying to keep my thoughts flat and my core muscles relaxed.
When you first have sex, you may want to just stop for the first minute or so. Don’t thrust or have her thrust. Just try to relax your mind and pelvic floor. Then have her start going slowly. Then if you feel control you start to join in. Try not to hold your breath. Try to find a way to thrust without tightening your pelvic floor for each thrust.

Yes go back to the begining .
Also look at other pre e training methods as suggested by other posters .
Take the example of a boxer his technique might look good in the gym but break down under fight conditions .
Your early success has fooled you into believing you are further along in your training thn you are .

If you are thinking about your premature ejaculation before and while having sex, you are doing it wrong.
The experience of pleasure should take the stage.
Depending on your preferences and what field of psychology attracts you, you can consult a hypnotherapist (I would recommend Ericksonian), an NLP specialist (for fast unconscious processes similar to hypnosis) or you can opt for analysis (to dig deep into your situation using your conscious mind).
No matter what type of psychotherapy you opt for, long-term or short-term therapy, it is the best decision as they will be able to guide you according to your situation.
Reading books can help as well. But it is limited to 'what' the author thought is best for most people. Plus, many books have an inclination for theory instead of practice.VRSelector is a directory with adult vr videos.
