I've tried to be aware of what exactly causes me to IK like crazy and gets me into "one more stroke and I'll cum" mode.
I've found it out.
It happens as soon as I put my dick into something. Tight or not, lubed or not. This is it.
I've stuck it in a toilet paper roll, in a dry pocket pussy, in a wet pocket pussy, in a real pussy. As soon as my glans is surrounded by "walls", I'm close.

Does the action of putting it in cause the pelvic floor to tighten? If you thrust it in - you tighten the muscles? And/or is it the feeling on the frenulum/glans/shaft that causes the feeling that make you orgasm? I think both were important for me.

Practice edging. It helped me control my breathing along with know my bodies signs of bring close to finishing. I also kept tabs on my pelvic floor, making sure it was loose the whole time. That coincides with your breathing. Yoga also helped me with pelvic floor and breathing properly.
