Do I understand hindi squats right?
Should my quads be very tense and burning while doing hindi squats? Because they are and it's tough for me to hold this position for longer than a minute and I hear people doing it for like 10 min. I wonder if they do it for 10 straight minutes or ie 20 sets for 30sec?
Also, is there a time that I should spend in this position a day minimum or simply the more the better?
At the beginning I was not even able to get to this position, now it's just tough to hold for so long.
