I've pretty much always struggled with PE (generally no longer than a minute, though often barely getting it in there without a condom) and I have a feeling it started with bad masturbatory habits, now exacerbated by things like posture (Anterior Pelvic Tilt) and "bad" or "un-fit" pelvic floor. I'm going to work to change a few things and resolve this PE issue. I have half-heartedly tried a couple things here and there in the past, but nothing worked. Largely because I didn't work (at actually changing anything). After looking through many different threads suggesting different things and journals that are kept up (thanks everyone!), I'm going to start a journal/regimen to help try to keep myself accountable, and hopefully get some feedback if someone sees something else I should be doing, etc.
This first post will be what I'm planning to do/am doing, and I will edit it as things change/are suggested (but will make a point to keep track of edits for "posterity's sake").
- work on K/RK, with a focus on RK. I will work on them whenever I can think to, so as to try to "re-train" my pelvic floor to stay more relaxed. I notice it gets tense a lot during the day.
- Hindi Squats here and there during the day to help stretch things out (I sit most of the day).
- Search for some exercises for Anterior Pelvic Tilt (APT), as I believe I have a mild/moderate case. If nothing else, it will likely lead to better core strength/posture.
- I will try to get back to the gym more, and work especially on core and lower-body exercises/stretches. As I find good exercises/stretches (whether on the site or elsewhere), I will put them on here.
- Edging sessions: attempt for 40m minimum, work to an hour (two alarms on my phone, 40m and 20m). I will keep things slow and relaxed, working for no more than a few times at PONR to re-train brain to not shoot straight for it. Start off no lube, but maybe add lube later as progression happens.
- Work on the less/no-porn thing. It's a major habit for me, especially being a full-time online student. Lots of time at home, by myself, on a computer.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

I think loosening up the pelvic floor was key for me. You may also want to include tennis ball massage (basically just sit on a tennis ball - move it to different positions on your pelvic floor). A couple stretches that helps me were the happy baby pose, cobra, reverse butterfly, and a modified hindi squat where I would lay on the floor on my back, move my butt up to a wall, put my feet flat on the wall, and rotate my hips so that my lower back was touching the floor.
Another good thing for the mental side is to learn relaxation breathing from your diaphragm. I used triangle breathing (breath in 3 seconds, hold 3 seconds, exhale 3 seconds). I also linked my breathing to RKs during edging: breath in to diaphragm, rotate hips to counter act APT, do a front RK, slide the fleshlight down, etc. Getting that pattern ingrained in my mind and body has really helped during real sex.
During edging, work your way up to lube with a fleshlight.

Thanks for the tips! I'll check that stuff out - I really like the suggestion of the modified Hindi Squat. I'll also work on breathing for sure.

Edged during the day w/out porn, made sure to avoid drinking a bunch of coffee in the AM so as not to have to pee halfway through. Made it a little over 40 minutes, and for most of it I was able to avoid PONR, though it because difficult/impossible the last few minutes.
I tried to keep things slower, and if I got to around 8 or 9 on the 10-point pleasure scale (10 being full-blown ejac, 9.5 being PONR), I would either stop, or if possible do other touchy-feely things (run my fingers along skin, etc) so as to continue stimulation, while allowing the overall scale to drop.

Edged today, no lube, no PYT, no porn.
23 minutes.
Experimented with some different positions instead of only on my back. Other positions definitely seem to bring up PONR more quickly, and is something to pay attention to/work through.
I also did a cardio/lower body workout this morning, and will be making sure to stretch during the day.
