Besides being aware of my tension throughout the day (and doing stretches for APT), I'll be also carefully monitoring my stomach tension when I'm "in the mood".
I don't have regular sex right now and I don't really masturbate a lot, but next time I do I'll focus mainly on relaxing my abs along my pelvic floor to see if I can go longer.
