    Your head is taking what you are doing and running away with it. Thinking in you terms is a contributor to this. Your hot, your making me too aroused, etc. When my mind goes I thinking it's like she's not even in the room. Things feel way better. Your brain is just processing. It's the same feeling as when "your in the zone". The crowd is cheering, players are screaming but all you feel is the texture of ball in your hand, the ground under your feet, and your breath, you are on autopilot doing what you have trained to do and there isn't a doubt, question, or thought involved. It's like your all alone for those moments. You can do that and your a god for those moments.

    Log Entry: 9/11/19

    Have been bad about my routine recently but I feel like I can clearly identify the stamina increase.

    This morning my gf wanted a quicky and the moment she said to go into the room my heart started racing and got excited. When i got into the bedroom i was a little calmer and was able to thrust for about a minute or 2 without even feeling arousal going up. I was good and I felt like I could have lasted a bit longer. Maybe 5+ more minutes but then my gf said she wanted me to cum. When she said that it like clicked inside me and I started feeling arousal go up from about a 6 to 8 in like 5 thrusts then 9 and PONR. It just shot up.

    Now the reason I wanted to add an entry was to show 2 things.

    1. The routine has helped and even after being very bad lately on my routine, I am still holding onto alot of the stamina increase.
    2. I Just wanted to stress again the mental aspect of this all. The moment she talked dirty and I had that thought, my arousal started spiking.

    If you look a little while ago he updated his routine to what he is currently doing and gave an explanation of what he thought was the most important aspects

    Yes My routine on the Opening Post is correct. The only thing i didn't say in there was that Monday - Friday I tennis ball massage while driving in the car 30mins to and from work. Now on one aspect i can feel it stretching and putting pressure on my BC. Sometimes during the drive i lift off of it just to push a RK to get the blood flowing.

    Though I do see this as a very complex thing to fix, those things have helped me.

    So far where I am at now, Hindi squats don't feel like i'm stretching much but doing them in conjunction with breathing and RKs work 3 major areas at once. Stretching, Breathing and RKing.

    Now in the OP for my routine, i don't think i stress enough on the importance of mindset and anxiety control. That is something i cant really teach but it is something that needs to be overcome. With practice during edging and sex just need to find what works.

    Last night I had sex with my gf and I didn't cum. Let me be clear though i didn't Kegel hold or anything, this was still round 1. I went down on her to start and she then got on top and road me. Grinded then up and down. When she got tired she went on her stomach and i thrusted for a good while longer. I was ready to go into a different position but she wanted to stop so that was the end of that. Everything felt great but the whole time i felt like i was holding on the pleasure side but not the arousal side. Its hard to explain.

    Thanks for this post. It really invigorated myself to get back on track. Tomorrow is 9 weeks of training for myself. After having EQ issues and total libido drop without any real improvement in the bedroom I just kinda stopped caring. You prove it can be done. How many weeks did it take for you to start seeing a real measurable improvement come game time? I believe you been working at this for 6 months or so

    Well it took about 1 month just to unlock my PF, 1 Month of meh consistency, 3 months of light to medium but consistent in routine. By the 6th month was when i started to really notice it. It wasn't until i started increasing the intensity of the workout and really retraining my body and mind connection that i started to see much more noticeable results.

    I have since stopped my routine and only now just keep a consistent relaxed PF throughout the day. I have been working the insanity videos doing the full cardio/Ab routine that is getting me into better shape and strengthening my weak core.

    Probably one of the most true tests iv done was porn. And yes I had quit porn since i started. I only recently popped a couple videos on in the shower just being horny and seeing how long i could last. Before i would literally last maybe 10 seconds. This morning I lasted till i kegeled to finish. I feel like my body has finally learned the PF doesn't need to be flexed all the time.

    The stretching and practicing relaxing and staying relaxed took time but I think iv successfully retrained my body to have a relaxed PF throughout the day with and without my help. The added core/ab strength may have helped too.

    Once your body doesn't instinctively kegel always and you can keep your mind in a good headspace that took out a huge chunk of the issue, at least for me

    What do you mean by meh? I see you are plateauing. What level are you at during sex and it sounds like you have to now kegal yourself to get to the PONR. That's awesome 👍
