    Log Entry: 10/6/2019
    Well its looking like I can successfully say i have beaten my PreE.
    Last night had sex and once again lasted 20-30mins of penetration. There is little to no struggle anymore. My PF stays relaxed and even when I'm pounding away with 100% EQ, I don't even come close to the PONR. I actually had to stop before I could finish out of sheer exhaustion. We fell asleep for a couple hours and went back at it some more.


    If anyone has any questions for me, please let me know. I don't mind helping anyone that maybe struggling or stuck. The bottom line is to anyone who has read my logs. Its not easy, its not fast and you will have ups and downs. This process has really given me a huge opportunity to learn myself and the complex world of PreE.

    I have tried a lot of things and if i could narrow down the shortest path to recovery for my body would have been:
    - Hindi Squat/ Stretch until I can RK.
    - Keep stretching and RK until very proficient.
    - Hold a 10%RK all day and retrain the PF to stay loose.
    - Practice Deep breathing to calm anxiety.
    - Workout Core/Abs with the workout video link i posted. (I dont get any kickbacks, its just the workout that seemed to help the most.)

    How to complete these different areas could include:
    Edging - To better identify your arousal levels and to practice relaxing techniques. (don't feel like it helped my recovery more then a learning tool)

    Everything else is on you. I tried some gland squeezes (didn't work), I tried ballooning some (overwhelming sensation but didn't do it long enough to see results), TP band stretching (Nothing) and I maybe forgetting some more.

    And almost 8 months of routine. This might not be as important to me as I gave myself even 1 year to fix it, but it's important for others to see that this is not some quick fix and the sooner you start the better.
    Congratulations, I am really happy for you. I know how I felt the first time I saw results and I can only imagine how you feel now not giving a fck about performance and etc. So once again, congratulations! I really hope to make suck a post in a few months from now myself.

    Question, so you are good on time now, what is your level of sensitivity during sex, where are you plateauing at? I'm trying to move up the scale and have the same level of control. Just curious. The other day I couldn't get past like a 4 prolly.

    I could not get my arousal past a 4. We went at it till litterly couldn't anymore.

    Was it still round 1? Iv been able to hold back with a kegel to get past ponr and go to round 2. Round 2 normally stays around there. Kinda numb and less sensation but stamina for days. What i have achieved now is that same stamina in round 1 before ponr. The sensation is more of a 6 to 7 and when I want to finish I pump a kegel and mentally think about cumming.

    Now iv also gotten into round 2 without kegels as well. These are very hard for consistancy but its getting to 9.9 without going over and stopping. This can push you to round 2 without the orgasm or the reflex.

    Thanks for staying around! I'm trying to beat my PreE for a year now and will hopefully follow you in some months

    Was on a wellness weekend with the lady and we had sex around 3 -5 times per day. We sat together for half an hour and talked about all the stuff and she realy tries to help, seems I am lucky with that one .

    Over the weekend I managed to last nearly as long as I want, as long as we start slow (inserting penis slowly, with deep breaths, wainting a couple of seconds, perhaps pulling out and relaxing till I get used to the sensation kicking in) and I am in control of the tempo. When going realy fast, I lose my focus (cannot do anything about that at this time it seems, I realy tried) and sensation gets overwhelming fast (realy fast).
    I focused on my PF a lot during that weekend, since she knew that I will be "monitoring" myself a lot. As long as I can manage to keep the PF relaxed to a certain level, I am good. But there is a point where I am so much aroused, that I cannot influence anything anymore -> I am losing control. This problem does not arise when masturbating, guess I could go for 2 hours edging session if I wanted. So it seems it is connected to the real thing and thus emotional / psychological.

    Sounds like you are exactly where i was before my big break through. I could edge for a good long time but when I got into bed, I had to struggle to control arousal breathing and everything. It wasn't long after starting my workout routine and then, as iv been saying, Trying keep a relaxed PF / doing about a 10% RK all day long that i started to break through. Obviously this was after 8 months of stretching and on and off different things within the routine.

    Strong believer that the reason you are stuck is because your body is still connecting intimate arousal and sensation to Orgasm. This causes your PF to tighten and lock up because it wants to get you to orgasm fast because you trained it to. Once your PF stops clamping down with arousal, you will see an almost unbelievable change. At least that's how mine felt.

    I remember posting about it in this thread about the PF Lock that wouldn't let me RK even if i stopped and pulled out. Just apart of the retraining your body process.

    Your right with the PF lock when aroused. I had a similar thing with that too. When you referred to your workout routine, your talking about the core excersises?

    Once my PF stopped locking up when aroused, it was like night and day.

    The workout for core/abs iv been doing is this one. (Sorry for the crappy youtube video, its the only one i could find of it)

    Do it start to finish couple times a week now. That and keeping a relaxed PF daily.
