Thread: Enough is Enough- progress log

As the title suggests I am starting a log because I have had PE for 4 years no with no improvement.

Anyhow i am going to attack my pelvic area and RKs, have always struggled with RKs so need to get em right. I will lay of sex for a while because it really affects me mentally my poor performance and edging I will leave for a week or 2 and try and master RKS.
I will update my log weekly I plan on doing these stretches daily-

I also plan on doing Hindi squats daily, will try and start at doing 5 minutes worth a day then build to 10. Yesterday I attempted it with the back against the wall but all the pressure seemed to be in my knees. So I then did it as the video suggests and I felt the pressure in my pelvic area but at the moment I can only hold a Hindi squat for 2 minutes at a time.
After i completed the stretches and squats my pelvic area was aching, do you think this was an indication I had a tight pelvic area and it had not been worked for a long time??
Will look at introducing tennis ball massage every other day along with breathing exercises every other day.
I struggle to understand what the cause of my PE is which is a problem, I dont think I suffer with IKs but I am not sure. Understand my body is also a goal of mine.
I am not looking to be a 30 minute porn star, i am usually ejaculating before penetration or 10 pumps in unless I have had some alcohol.
My aim is to get to 3 minutes of normal sex.

If you are in a relationship, that one of the best ways to relieve premature ejaculation. You two can always practice and even if you cum too quick, you can still get her off with your hands and mouth. I personally got rid of PE through edging. One 15 minute session sitting down and another later on standing. It helps me get the feel of different positions, what muscles are tense, and my breathing. Goodluck to your goals.
