So from what I understand a kegal is holding it it and a reverse kegal is pushing it out. I try to perform these exercises throughout my day in the hope that I'll one day last longer then a minute or two to no results. I've been trying for quite some time now but I'm still unsure of what a successful kegal feels like. I've also seen something about APT or pelvic tilt? What is that, and how do I know if that's an issue I may have? Please help me, I'm not big but that's not where my lack of confidence lies, lasting under a minute with a woman drains me completely and I just want to fix this.

So when you kegel you stop a piss . When you rk you piss harder.
Most guys with pre focus on reverse kegels.

If you have PE stop doing standard kegels. If you can't decide if you have anterior or lateral pelvic tilt a chiropractor could immediately give you this information.
