So if I go to urinate and speed up using RK, the volume isn’t that much more. The stream rises from a bit more force but noceazy extra volume. Anyone else have this happen.”? I’d my RK garbage?

Barring an prostrate or other medical issues, I think it is related to the tightness of your pelvic floor and/or your ability to reverse kegel.
I’ve paid attention to my ability to increase urine flow over the past 6 months of preE training. I’ve definitely noticed a correlation between my ability to RK, tightness in my pelvic floor, and ability to control my arousal during sex.
Try doing a few weeks of daily tennis ball massage and pelvic floor stretches. Practice your RKs. Also, look into APT. Then track how well you can increase your urine flow.

I don’t have APT but do have weak core, right hamstrings, hips, and groin as confirmed by a PT. Still struggling to unlock RK so I’m working hard on belly breaths, stretches and tennis ball.

I struggle with front RK too. Tried in the toilet and piss wouldn't go faster so I'm just training slowly and I will see in time if I strengthen it.
I'm doing minutemans dry orgasm pelvic floor routine. For front RK, I just focus on trying to push pee out and I can feel like I need a pee when I do that but I don't feel any muscle contraction.
I believe this is because RK is a stretching exercise. When you stretch your bicep you don't feel much compared to tensing your bicep and I believe the same holds true for kegels.
