A question about IKs: I started to not let myself do this at the end of peeing, per advice here, and it's not too hard, but if I'm sitting and peeing, it's really hard to impossible to prevent it. And they're strong. I'm trying to think of why, because knowing that would help to know how to address it. What is it about the sitting posture that creates more tightness?
I know that with APT they say sitting is a cause -- tight hip flexors -- but for that very reason there should be less tightness conveyed from them while sitting (they're in a shortened position while sitting, so they adapt to that length). So it's something else. And if my pf is tightest while sitting, then how come sitting doesn't stretch whatever it is that's tight?
