I really enjoyed seeing this topic come up because ive always have had tight hip flexors, weak abs, tight lower back but it has been worse in the past couple years. I remember a year and a half ago, walking around like i was a 80 year old man. My lower back use to hurt so bad. Somehow, it went away on its own, and about 6months ago i saw the APT thread and noticed i had it as well. Ever since i saw the APT thread, I started workiing on it, and it never got better. Grant it, i wasnt never consistent. but even within the week or two i did them , it didnt feel like it got better. On the contrary, the more i thought about my pelvic floor and APt and trying to cure it, i would mentally psych myself out and feel like it wasnt working, and got worse. I have started a new routine yesteday doing a pelvic floor relaxation video that i posted on the forums here, and doing hindi squats, stretches on my own and working out lower body/ and uppber body. I will still incorprate APT videos and try different ones out to see which is the best for me. MY APT look has gotten better as in, when i look in the mirror the big curve isnt there anymore. My pelvis is tilted much more forward but i dont think its 100% corrected. I am trying to find a way to stop MY IK"s in bed and my pelvic floor is the biggest reason because its so tense. I have little mini dick jumps or little IK's when i thrust into my fleshlight, and when i pull out my penis relaxes and stops IK'ing. I have problems after I take a shit and my PF starts to spazz like crazy. IK's after IK's and i cant stop them. AFter about 10mins, it will just relax on its own. When i urinate , depends on how tight i am, like today i IK'ed about 4 times before my pee came out and after i pee'd all the way , i tried to stand and I iK'ed once. So all in all, if anyone knows how to stop any of this from reading what ive wrote, please comment on what you think is best for me.

Well the problem with the first one is that it's extremely hard to fix APT with just stretching. Just google APT muscle imbalances and you'll find stuff like this....

Which basically shows you that to fix Apt, it is necessary to strengthen the hammies and abs mostly, but I believe glutes should also be part of these diagrams

Urgh... This diagram says it's the abs and glutes that are weak.... Usually it's abs and hamstrings in most... However it's all three, abs, glutes and hamstrings...
