I just discovered that by tensing/almost pushing down on my lower back above my tailbone stops RKs entirely. This is especially true on my left side where the BC IKs are the cause of my PE. This is great news but I don't know what it means going forward.

Does it mean I should start strengthening my lower back via deadlifts and hyperextensions? Should I tense/kegel throughout the day on my lower back with the BC relaxed?

Or should I be stretching my lower back/tailbone, and trying to expand/relax this muscle with RKs and deeper breathing?

Any help would be very appreciated
