  • RK / Trushing exercise

    hi,

i saw a doctor we talked a bit and then he showed me a RK / trushing exercise:

Laying on the back, feet standing shoulderwide in front of you.
then u breathe deeply inside your belly and with this breath u rotate your hip in an ATP
with the exhale u rotate the hip back an lay the lower back flat on the ground

this movement should simulate the movment while u haveing sex the "in and out"
if u do this long enough the deep breathing will go along with the movement and u can relax / RK in sex

i tried this yesterday for about 15minutes and i could really feel a good relaxation feeling in the PF

Good exercise. One quick question, after doing the belly breath in, do you lift your hips off the ground along with doing the hip rotation? Once you do the hip rotation, do you then do a RK?

Yeah i find the exercise very good, i am really get a good feeling in the pelvic area

No the hip only rotates and dont leave the floor.
The rk/pf relaxation happens with the deeply breath in, in the lower belly/ hip Rotation

The breathing should do the hip rotation Not the legs..

Is this only small movement exercise? Only moving the hip and brathing correctly?

Breathing in and arching the lower back. Breathing out and make the lower back flat on the ground?
