Late time when I'm with girl I can get random erections and everything but when we start foreplay, I mean when I start to kiss her neck, tits, ... I lose erection and can't get it up. I'm 21 yo and always had very high sex drive and I could get erection just by thinking of her. Now I'm having this type of ED + I can't last even minute in bed, and I used to last half hour. I don't know what is going on with me and why this is happening to me. We are 5 years together but I think I will lost her if I will continue to be so bad in bed. I started doing yoga for pelvic floor stretching, breathing exercises to beat my Pre e, I'm going to gym, I'm fit, I even take L-arginin, zma, multivitamins and still I can't get erection or last more than minute. Anybody help me?

You are stressed and kegel to get an erection which causes pre e .
Meditate and relax . Try yoga.
Here is a version I do .
The leopard relaxes.
Stand on an upturned boku ball .
Achieve a mellow mindspace .
Raise arms overhead till palms meet slowly descend into a deep squat . Remain in relaxed deep squat position while breathing some rk . Do some reps .
Take a medicine ball into an overhead position on an upturned boku ball repeat breath deeply meditate on a leopard relaxing under tension . Do some set of squats relaxing in bottom position .
Rest .
Stand on upturned boku ball . Raise hands overhead until palms meet place your left foot on your right calf . Your tanden center of gravity is the center of your universe allow the world to turn around it while you observe . Repeat with other leg breath into tanden .

I'm doing yoga stretching and breathing exercises for 2 weeks and no improvement. Maybe I should use bathmate and do edging + kegels? I don't know really, only thing I know that I'm getting more and more depressed. Pelvic floor stretches
Some kegels (~25%) - or wait until you fix your PreE and then add kegels back in
Work to relax (breathing, mediation) and allow yourself to enjoy the experience independent of the outcome. It's very difficult, but ultimately the right thing to do in the short term while you work on the other things.
PreE:
Pelvic floor stretches
Tennis ball massage of pelvic floor
Look into APT, do exercises
Edge with flesh light and lube
Relaxation breathing
Reverse kegels
No porn
When I compile the things that have worked for most men, I think those are it. I'm sure I'm missing a few things, but those are the big ones.
Commit to a daily routine. Be mentally prepared to work on this for months and to have a number or set backs. Just keep pushing on.
