As people here recommendet I started doing reverse kegels with tensing my lower abs, since getting the pee faster out also happens by tensing the lower abs.

Now I have the problem that in the gym when my abs get contracted, which is in almost every exercise, it feels like I am going to pee into my pants.

As if my body has a new pattern which is lower ab tensing means rk means peeing.

    Anyone experienced something similar?

I haven't but that is mainly because my PF is used to always being tense. I have been RKing for about a month or 2 and my ability to RK has increased and generally feel more relaxed. I can walk and RK but from my understanding you shouldn't be doing RKs while working out. The pelvic floor is a group of muscles for a reason.

How long have you been RKing? Do you suffer from PE? Are you sure you have a tight PF? Not all PE problems are caused by a tight PF.

I donīt do them while working out.
I guess I weakened my PF too much with rkīs and thats why it feels like that.

I am sure that I had a tight PF. I guess I went from being extremly tight and having a hard time peeing to beeing very loose so that I am almost urinating in my pants.

Yeah I suffer from no lobido, ED, PE.

Sounds like you may need to get a checkup. The doctors can take some blood tests to tell you what your hormone levels are that could be playing at your Libido. For ED iv heard Kegeling helps but if you have PE, your PE can get worse. From what it sounds though you may need to work on balancing your PF. Pegasus knows a thing or two about it.
For me I have a tight PF but nothing to the point of being too loose. If you have a very loose pelvic floor, then your PE may be caused by one of the many other reasons. Anxiety, Breathing, Arousal, etc.

I would probably try to focus on curing one at a time because you never know if fixing your Low libido would fix your ED. And if by fixing your ED causes you to become more confident or fix any psychological or other causes of your PE.

    Reverse Kegels`?
And your stomach is pushing in or out?

With reverse Kegels my abs get tense but more like "outwards" and not like a "ab-crunch".

Oh dear this crosses into a variety of areas .

My suggestion from the start has been find a physio who does male pelvic floor work.

For guys that have ed or eq issues a common cause of pre e is that they kegel at a subconcious level trying to get an erection . By the time they get a useable erection they have done a lot of kegels.

Your hormone test does pose some questions but at a surface level seems ok this is important as it is a common cause of the symptoms you have .

The pelvic floor can be both tense and weak , so you have removed the tension but still need to increase strength .
This complicating factor in your case is the issues you have . A physio would guide you.

A rk needs minimal lower ab involvement . When learning rk some lower ab involvement is expected however isolation should rapidly improve.

The pelvic floor is part of core stability during gym exercises , One should not do for instance deadlift while rk. A strong pelvic floor helps with core stability a weak pelvic floor can be an issue for core stability during gym work a physio or pt can advise you .

Hi, pelvic floor dysfunction can be due to a combination of tight and weak pelvic floor muscles.

When I did 10 minute squats while RKing for the first time, I felt a need to pee, even though I could not get anything out. Have a look at this article: http://pelvicfloorspecialist.com/ove...-oabfrequency/

On a separate occasion, I had really bad eq too. What helped me was resting-no more rk or pf stretches- and doing some kegel exercises. Now, I carefully observe what my eq level is at, how tight my pf feels when edging and having sex, and try to balance both rk and kegel.

    I can do both.
First is with expanding the belly by lowering the diaphragm and doing a deep breath.
The second variation is whille breathing out and tensing the lower abs and pushing out a rk.

Yes true, same for me. What matters in first place is the downward expansion into the pelvic floor.
It seldom happens in the body that you have a movement that doesn't engage more than 1 muscle.
