    Get into a deep squat position, like a really deep one. And simply by breathing ultra deep you should feel you pelvic floor moving up and down.

    What i mean by that is that I only stretch my pelvic floor out after i do a leg day at the gym, which sometimes works out once a week, sometimes twice (i do legs every 4-5 days), i dont even RK anymore.

    I'm not entirely sure why that incline walk affects sex so much, i can make up theories and all that but in reality i've studied this topic for absolute years and i still haven't got a clue why it works, but it just does, it's a silver bullet for my PE. The simplest way i can describe it is that it engages my upper hamstring so much that they are usually on fire, by the 10min mark, everything else after is just a killer for my posterior chain. But here's the funny part... That is my warm up regardless of what workout i do... which means that if i train chest as i did, i'm still gonna bring quite a bit of tension into my core for the rest of the workout and yet my stamina is still really good in the bedroom??

    So just try it, if it works, then happy days. If it doesn't, well you'll get quite the burn on the back of your legs and maybe one day all them memes taking the piss out of guys not ever training legs, well maybe they won't apply to you anymore hahaha.

    Andrewi7, Did RK lower your EQ? I think it lowered my EQ. Maybe I stop RK and start to doing only these 2 exersice you recommended to me.

    Not one bit. All the heavy squats, hamstring exercises etc have made my erections pretty much 10/10. If it got any fuller something would pop. Pretty much goes straight up too. But when you rk, you will lose some hardness, that's the point of it. That's why the PONR drops. The more blood in the penis and the more sensitive it'll be, vice versa.

    Like I always have to start slow, cause the feeling is total madness if the girl is tight as well. But as you work it a little bit, and your cock gets a bit more "flexible" and you can start to slowly pick up the pace, till the point where you can pretty much go for as long as you want by keeping up that pace. Can go pretty hardcore too. But some positions will still be a bit more difficult than others depending on your core strength in my opinion. It all depends whether your core can hold the position without the pelvic floor having to kick in to compensate.

    Just thought I’d follow up to my experience here. Hopefully it might be of use to someone.

    The weekend after that weekend, I visited her house. It was pretty much exactly a year ago. I drank beer again and couldn’t get hard, but also I was kind of off-put by her body. She was only just 22 but she had some stretch marks and slightly saggy tits from when she was pregnant a couple of years prior.

    The night after I didn’t drink and we fucked. It was good. I was surprised how easy it was to not cum. However, I don’t think she was very tight although I can’t know for certain.     Regarding the fucking in general, just concentrate on her. Concentrate on driving her wild and kind of ignore your dick. Spoon fucking is great for that. You can just be choking her and talking shit in her ear while you’re doing it. But if I think about how my dick feels while I’m doing it.. Keep the bottom part around your balls and ass relaxed. You can flex the top part as much as you like, if you have that level of control.

    You kind of have to treat your dick like you have no muscular control over it. Use your legs, arms and abs against her body to pull your dick inside of her instead of thrusting directly with your pelvis. Think of it like this:

    If you were fisting a girl, you could push with the muscles in your arm, tensing your biceps and all the other muscles; or you could relax all the muscles and then only use your shoulder to throw your arm forward and backward. Try it now and you’ll see what I mean. You can still hold a fist shape and keep your elbow bent without tending muscles.

    However, continuing with the story. Sometimes I ejaculated quickly just because it felt so good and I couldn’t be bothered to try and make it last longer. It’s not a big deal when it happens provided that you’ve satisfied her. You can always fuck her again later but I found it so hard to maintain a really hard erection and ejaculate the second time we would fuck that night. It would last so long and tended to get kind boring.

    I also used to slightly lose my erection when I was trying to fuck her ass. I remember my dick bending trying to squeeze it in lol. That was always kind of annoying but I’d find a way in the end.

    My best advice to anyone is to learn how to dominate a girl. This doesn’t mean you just abuse her. But talk to her. Ask her questions so she has to talk to you and admit that she loves it. Those kind of things get a girl deeply in the mood. Hold her with confidence, even when you’re being gentle with her to tease her. Have a strong and controlled hand.

    Learn how to finger her properly. Seriously- this is so important. I almost always made her cum before I ever touched her with my dick. That was part of the foreplay. Sex is all in the mind for girls, so make it an event. She should already be so horny by the time you fuck her that it doesn’t take much to keep her going.

    I havent have sex in over 1,5 year now because of this pre e. I have done alot of stretching and abs exersice. I hope these would help me last longer.

    Also im not happy with my penis size. But luckyli I have gained 1 inch from penis enlargment exersices and im comfortable that I will gain more.

    This life is so hars. It took me 10 years to learn how to get laid. And finally I got laid so much to find out that my sex skill is lousy. I hope I could solve this part of my life soon. Its been so long now, alot of energy, time and money putted on this.

    90 x leg raise ( 3 day/week)
    90 x knee raise ( 3 day/week)
    Abdominal stretchs ( 3 day/week)
    Pelvis and lower body stretch (3 day/week)
    10%-RK throuhout the day ( everyday )

    Congratulations!!! I remember we began penis enlargement exercises at the same time. I have made 0 gains in length (recently some gain in girth). One full inch is a huge achievement! I am happy for you. I was about to quit the penis enlargement thing but you gave me hope again, I will keep trying some more time.
