    Is there possibility that d-vitamin deficiency on penis causing pre e? Think about it, forefather and caveman didnt use underwear therefore the sun shine directly to their penis . For some people underwear just have more affect to cause pre e than other.

    This is only theory came up to my mind. Im going to buy d-vitamin spray someday and tryi it on my glans.

    Overall, i have strong feeling that im already cured from premature ejaculation because i feel so different right now on my penis. Im just not having sex right now to test it. I dont want to doing nothing and wait till i get sex thats why my brain thinking other solution just in case for future things to tryi.

    Another recognition: after atp exersice, its more easy to sit in good posture. Infact sitting in good posture is more relaxing than sitting bad posture. Before i would have pain on my upper back if sitting in good posture.

    I complete agree. If I sit with an inward dip in my lower back, I cannot RK. If I flatten my back with posterior hip rotation, then they work great.

    Get that randomly too sometimes after some really good stretching and the BC area is good and stretched. Almost a slight tingle that is in the BC area that triggers a stiffy when the wind blows.

    Always the worst timing too like its 7:59am have to be in work at 8 but you have a flag pole in your pants and don't want to get out of the car and scare all your coworkers. Or get called into HR lol.

    Why the fuck are my hip fllexors always tight? Have been streched them for almost 2 week now and just take a break for 2 day and they are tight as fuck? Because of sleeping position? Sitting position? Walking position? Or what?

    Could be that you're sitting a lot without breaks, could be that because your core is weak the psoas muscle kicks in to provide support, could be that your posterior chain is too weak and the hips flexors are just returning to their normal state (which seems like it's tight, but actually its the posterior that too weak to counteract the normal anterior pull)

    I sit alot without break but I sit in lotus position only. I sit 2h at the time and 6h/day because of office work. I have been exersicing core and posterior lately and would expect some improvement. Hip flexor doesnt seem tight, they are actually tight when I stretch them. I remember stretching and foam rolling my thighs like crazy for about 1 week and about 6 months ago and till now the benefits are still there.

    I have also tried to stand at work for 6 month. I didnt check my hip flexor in that time. Ill tryi standing agai while working
