It's a tricky one, that incline walk worked for me as it hit my glutes and hammies really well, which let my PF relax a lot more. Will it work for you too? No idea, strength might not be the issue. So far, all the discussions on the forum suggest that the pelvic floor plays a big part in sexual function right, we know that if it gets too tight then Premature Ejaculation tends to occur too, we also know that strengthening the posterior chain (glutes and hammies, hence the incline walk) lets the pelvic floor relax a lot more as its not overcompensating for the glutes no more. But it is a double edged sword as working the glutes out, you'll also engage the pelvic floor which can bring more tightness.... That's where we know RKs are a perfect way to relax and stretch them etc.
Saying all that there's still a lot that we don't know as to why IKs tend to hit some people a lot more than others outside of the pelvic floor issues. It might not even be the pelvic floor issue, maybe it really is down to masturbation habits, as I remember a few people with DE mentioning they've always masturbated with them 'death grips', so maybe it's that they've became fully accustomed to the encompassing pressure from 'death grip' edging, so real penetration sex just doesn't cut it anymore hence the DE, while the rest of us maybe got off with just the stroking? Try it for yourself, i find it harder to reach PONR with a tight grip than a light one at times... weird. But yeah, my opinions have changed quite a bit over the whole desensitisation part ngl, well, apart from that banding technique... fuck that hahaha.
It's an interesting topic for real cause i've seen a few fellas practise RKs for a few weeks and it's like a lightbulb went off.... problem fixed. Maybe the thing that was causing PE, was indeed an over tight pelvic floor yes and some simple stretching and RKing done the trick. On the other hand, some people have been doing RKs for months or even years and see 0 progress? There's definitely another factor hiding somewhere as yes it does take some time to recondition the pelvic floor, but if you've been stretching for a while and can do a nice prolonged RK and still suffer from PE, take a step back and re-evaluate. PF tightness may have played a role in PE, but it won't be the only one. Ever heard of Einstein quote on insanity? “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”
Have a look through your log and compile everything that you know and you've tried and failed. What are they? A number of people have mentioned CBD, magnesium and other stuff. Just a suggestion.
But as I PM'd you earlier, instead of just edging normally, try a death grip massage on the shaft, try just hard squeezes by them selves, are they triggering IKs? Or is it just the friction on the head that's triggers them? Also how does your pelvic floor feel these days, can you just switch on an RK and have the balloon feeling within minutes? If yes then id's say your pelvic floor is probably balanced at this point. I remember when i started that shit and it was like trying to push against a brick wall.

Thanks Andrewvi7. I know for sure that death grip doesnt work for me. Desentisizing did not working for me either. I have took these exersices to extreme by hitting every area of my penis. Using PYT didnt work for me either.
Smoking weed or drinking alcohol did nothing to me in terms of Pre E.
SUPER STRONG FRONT RK out of sex and during sex didnt work for me.
The only thing I haven't succeed is "back" RK troughout the day. This is the most hardest exersice for me. And no, I can not get balloon feeling from RK at all.
I heard from you and anthony that you guys doesnt rk anymore after stretching and strenthening muscles. Maybe I understood you guys incorrectly. Maybe the real answer is muscle impalance AND RK.
Would you think the best advice for me is: Do whatever the fuck I like as long I can RK correctly throuhout the day.

I just had sex again. I came 4 times last night.
1. I came while she took my penis out of pants.
2. I came in 10min in doggystyle ( I didnt even tried to last long because of failing in the first round) I cotinue to have sex immedidly after first round.
3) I came in 10min. I took about 3 hour break from sencond round.

What exersice I have done lately:
- dry humping missionary position movement
- dry humping doggystyle position movement
- dry humping riding movement
What I had notice:

Well ... those dry humping exercises are really interesting. Compound all-in-one moves. Could you give some finer details? Just thinking to try those out.

3 different exersise. Doggystyle, missionary and riding. Just dry hump in these sex position 2 x 5 min and 2 times a day (morning&night). Im going to and standing dry humping later.
Missionary dry humping(frog position): adductor get burn.
Missionary dry humping (leg straight): lower abs get burn.
Dogystyle dry humping: innerthigh get burn.
Riding dry humping: glutes get burn.(lay down on yout back at the joga mat. Lift your ass little bit up and stay there for 5min. This is glute plank)
