    Thanks for adding IT Band stretch into your routine for testing. Im not getting real sex and I dont want to "waste" too much time on this IT Band stretch if its not working in real sex. Right now I have huuuge huge believe in this IT Band stretch of huge improvement on edging.

    You are working on atp and IT Band/thigh stretch is belong into atp exercise anyway.

    Ps. When I talk about IT Band stretch I mean outer thight stretch also. Anyway, just attack that area, it would stretch both.

    Stew, stretch alot! One day 8x2min per leg. Other day 6x4min per leg. And 3x2min per leg. It depends on my time. But i saw result in edging after first day.

    I added TFL stretch in to my routine also. Because tfl and it band tretch complete each other. You can google that. If you do only IT band stretch, next day you would feel tight again.

    I think you may have hit on my problem. I’ve always been unable to bend over and touch my toes due to a strong pain that I get on the back of my legs, behind the knee joint. I also get strong back ache if I stand or walk for too long.

    Doing the IT exercises is extremely intense for me, and I’m not sure I could maintain the posture for 4 minutes without my leg going completely numb, but I will find out tomorrow.

    The more difficult IT exercise (the one from the photograph) is so difficult for me to perform, that I can’t make my torso straight. I must have very a very short/tight IT.

    I have only had sex once, when I was 21. It was not a good experience because I felt like I was going to ejaculate at any moment, so it was a slow, drunken mess.

    This weekend, at the age of 28, I will have sex again. Probably multiple times, but I expect to suffer from premature ejaculation.

    This week, I have been trying to train with the Fleshlight STU, which is apparently very intense. I seem to do OK with it, but as soon as I actually begin to think about having sex, whilst using the Fleshlight, my arousal rockets to a high level and I have to stop.

    I am hoping that the Fleshlight is much more intense than the sex, so I will perform better during sex than I do with the Fleshlight, but as my problem appears to be one of mental arousal, I am pretty confident that I will fail.

    I will try and do these exercises intensely over the next three days, but it is probably too late by now.

    Also, what is the specific TFL stretch you do? There appear to be a few different variants on Google.

    Im doing my own TFL stretch. You can not find it from internet anywhere. My for doing it is the same as in this picture but I turn my chest to the left if im stretching the left tfl and vice versal. Im not using the wall. im using worksurface for holding.

    I haven’t tried it yet. I’ve done 4 mins on each leg of IT band exercise so far today. I’ll try and get 5 more on each leg before I try the STU
