Yessir , I most definitely agree.

I'm just now seeing this being I'm not on as much these days. This is most definitely an awesome and well put together thread. Well deserved for becoming a sticky.

This is my second favorite sticky thread on Pre-E with " ByggD's guide for controlling your Ejaculation response " , being my first. Reason being is that visual stimulation is actually used as an advantage and when I combined that with Semen Retention my stamina went up .

Hopefully more members will go look at the sticky threads instead of going straight to the forum complaining. I told a member through a PM that if he would just read some stickies he would find his answer. This member said reading through the stickies is to much like work & he didn't feel like it.

I have just started this program today with a few tweaks, a fleshlight is a no go for me really.

I did the stretches today but no way could I do any of the yoga poses, do not have the flexibility in the pelvic area yet and feel that I have worked the area today. Hopefully this means that my pelvic floor is tight and is an area I need to work on.

I am going to do a log which I will update weekly, hopefully I can improve form 10 second wonder to at least 2 minutes.

I am doing this routine while still having sex. I am curious roughly how long till you started seeing some of it transfer to sex?

hi i already did those yoga and stretches daily for 1 week. one thing i observed is during yoga, my penis seems to be turtling. I dont know whta those that sign to me. so is it a good idea im using stretcher on my penis while doing yoga/stretches?

Hey @bikerz I wouldn't worry about the turtling while you do yoga, the focus is on the stretches for the muscles and ligaments, not on the penis like when you do any pe exercises.

I've been sitting on a tennis ball about every other day for a couple weeks now. Can only do maybe 5 mins at a time before it's too sore. You say to go all the way to where your shaft enters your body, but this is basically up behind your balls. This area is a lot more spongey soft and definitely feels like there's a lot of stuff in there. I'm afraid of damaging something - is it known to be safe?

I swear my IKs feel like they originate from the tip of my penis, but I'm not sure that's actually possible.
