    Somehow I can not find/do the Reverse Kegel. I try to do the bathroom practice - to increase the flow of urine - but somehow I can not do it. Why is that? What am I doing wrong.

    Hey guys, suffered with PE for probably all my life, (21 now) but only noticed it since i was like 12-13 when i had sexual encounters, i started masturbating from a young age probably like 8 or something maybe and i used get to orgasm SUPER QUICK, like i've always clenched soooooooo hard since i started...

    So been reading ALL over this site the last two weeks as much as possible, thoroughly reading this PRE90 routine and i have a few things to go over:

    -So i've been edging with a FL and wow i cant believe i never been able to not notice my IK's until now, when i first bought that FL a few months back two thrusts and i was cumming, since realising that i have IK etc i can go like 10 now haha which is bad but an improvement.. Now my IK's are literally EVERY SINGLE time my penis enters/touches the FL and of course when it goes in.. I really struggled with preventing them.. Just to re assure me, will these RK's/Yoga/Stretching/Hindi Squats/Massaging really stop these IK's or prevent them??

    -Would you say it is very important to do every single one of them list of yoga poses everyday: 1 set of 30 secs of each in morning and 1 set of 30 secs of each in evening ?? I find it takes so long and theres only a few i like (Hindi squat my favourite, Happy baby pose, Childs pose etc).. Could i focus more on longer Hindi for example? If not no problem i'll do anything if it will well and truly help.

    Thanks for producing this program, it is great, the only thing i don't like (and this could be my OCD speaking here) is just the links to do others programs within this one for example and it just throws me off a bit then because you'll have different steps etc.. no biggie just letting you know!

    Hindi squats with light RKs while in the pos and keeping a light RK during the day are the most important one based on success stories here and my very own experience. I still assign at least an hour of being in the hindi squat position daily. Just remember remaining in the pos can put pressure on your hamistrings, light stretches of hamestring and spending a good portion of the day in standing position help to that. You are in a very young and good age to deal with this, do not forget ab workout mostly the stamina ones like planks while tucking in your lower abs.

    Ok, this is an awesome thread with a fairly clear path to recovery from PreE. I wanted to contribute by seeking pictures of the yoga stretches/motions prescribed in this post, at the same time, I also want confirm/request clarification that I have the right stretches. Following the clarifications, I'll prepare a PDF of the stretches/motions so that those who wish to have quick access for this part of the regiment can quickly gain access.

    Also, I am only allowed 5 attachment per post, so this will have to be broken up in to 3 to cover all the stretches/motions.

    So, when I search "hip flexor stretches, there's a whole bunch of hip flexor stretches that come up, and seems to overlap with some of the others already covered in the other previous stretches prescribed. Any specific one you'd like to advise? Thanks.
