    Day 36-38: Had sex last night and lasted about 12 minutes, and really went at it too. Had to stop a couple times just to catch my breath lol I really think I've beaten this, but I'm still gonna keep up the routine til DE occurs. EQ was great and no ED problems like last time.

    Im not sure if this is a pun or not (pelvis contractions or something like that xD) but I always have to smile when I read that, I think I've read it before from you!

    Why do you think does it take longer to get hard for you now? is it because of the looser pelvic floor or because of arousal control? And when you have to kegel to get it harder, it did nothing to your stamina? I wonder if maybe a combination of some kegels at the beginning might be beneficial...

    I think it's a combination of both, but more so because of a loose pelvic floor. It didn't seem to do anything to my stamina since I have great control now. I think I'm gonna have to start doing kegels every day now.

    Day 39-40: Had sex yesterday and lasted about the same as last time. Had some EQ issues when I put on the condom, but it went back up after a few kegels. Pretty scared about adding kegels again honestly lol

    Key is to add "controlled kegels". As in.. being aware of contracting and releasing the kegel.
    Fast kegels that mimick IK's can be a problem.

    Day 41-48: I'd say it's safe to say I have "cured" my PreE. I do not complete control or ejaculation, however I don't bust in 40 seconds. I usually last about 13-18 minutes now.

    I did nothing but stretch, edge, and rk. I am still going to continue this routine every day, and eventually bring in regular kegels and maintain that balance for the rest of my life. I'll keep updating.

    I like this answer! Simplicity! I believe 100% in stretching. I had small taste of success in real sex from stretching 2 times. Do you rk throughout the day or only in sex?

    Day 49-56: I fell off my routine a little bit. I got really sick with the flu, so I could barely move lol I had sex the other night and it was good! I lasted about 9 minutes without any stretching or anything for about a week. That's great insight on how imperative stretching is!!! My lasting time was cut basically in half because of a week. I probably tightened up a lot from coughing and having extreme chills. I'm back stretching and rking all day.

    I edged earlier today and only lasted 2 minutes in missionary before PONR started. I stopped, took a shower, worked on belly breaths, stretched more, and got back to edging. Then I lasted 4 minutes before PONR, and got to about 8 minutes before second PONR. I stopped at about 15 minutes, but I felt myself have more control once I stepped away and relaxed. Breathing and stretching are by-far the most important part of curing PreE for me.

    It feels good knowing I have this under control and just need to maintain it. If I were to give anybody advice, don't make this so complicated. It's a really fixable problem if it's physical. R E L A X! Getting anxiety over this is only gonna make it worse. I've been there before.

    Me edging earlier today is a prime example for relaxing. I was holding my breath at first, getting my heart rate up rapidly. I realized what I was doing, and restarted, and the time went up drastically.
