    Haha thanks man but that's definitely because of the numbing condom.

    I am circumcised, and it's pretty damn tight. It doesn't hurt, but it was a bit uncomfortable. It's just to switch things up and get out of this stamina plateau. I'm sure it will work great considering most people who have DE used dry death grip.

    You were just moving the foreskin up and down right? How do you Incorporat gland stimulation?

    Yeah the foreskin is moved up and down, then I ease the grip a little to let go of the skin a bit, get close to the top of the glans, then back down. It makes sense for people to have a more sensitive glans than shaft. Obviously, the skin is more delicate, but I think it's safe to say most guys barely touched the glans when masturbating, so the glans has no way of getting used to stimulation. I really think this will increase my stamina dramatically.

    More power too you man. I know when i use hand and lube I always put focus on the glands. They dont shoot me over the top though which is why i drifted my focus from less of the physical side and more to the mind part. Like when i say I edged for 20+mins its like 90% just the top half and the head is constantly rubbing my hand. I did notice last night while using the fleshlight for the first time that having the whole shaft stimulated is the difference between hand and fleshlight. Really sends a different feeling of total sensation vs just hands and glands.

    I wonder if it could also be the connection between my brain knowing its my hand vs feeling something that isn't directly my hand to skin contact. But again its back to the mind part. Really think the mind plays a huge role in all of this. Everything we practice that isn't PF is brain/mind training.

    You've made some really good progress. Good for you brother. I agree it's a mind thing. It might be "overwhelming" to you because it's just simply different and new. It's always good to switch things up. Just make sure you keep the fleshlight hidden well

    I am following this thread from beginning, gone through every single line
    @88keys grate success brother..... i have a big problem of involuntary kegels what should i do for it. Please help me out of this. I use to do edging but due to involuntary kegal i can't even do it after 5 minutes. And my glans is also so sensitive that if i rub it it will lead to a feeling of peeing of squirting... Don't know what to do with this man.. Please help. I only go upto 2 minutes in normal sex its frustrating.

    Hey guys. I've been gone for a few months, but have been sticking to this routine and have had zero issues with PreE.

    This is the longest I've gone without PreE. Consistency is the most important aspect of curing your PreE. It can be done.

    Hope everyone's seeing progress.
