been snooping the forums for a while now. i’ve recently experienced some soreness when i try to RK. is it possible that i RKed too hard and just overstrained the muscle? i’ve been doing a light RK throughout the whole day for the last few weeks or so and have felt my pelvic floor relax but a bit of muscle soreness. thanks
