    So Ive been using this trick in my edging sessions. Usually when I reach ponr there's pretty much nothing I can do to turn my arousal down. I would ik and reach ponr again in 2 seconds of thrusting into the fleshlight. But recently, I have discovered that when use my hands to spread my buttchecks apart, I'm still on that level of arousal, my penis still feels like fire on the head, but when I continue thrusting, I feel more relaxed and the involuntary kegels are much more controlled (it still presents when I thrust too fast. When that happens I can feel my BC mussles get more tensed up each thrust until I involuntary kegals). I still feel that good feeling on each thrust.
    My gf and I decided were gonna have sex next week so i do not know if this works in real sex too. Maybe someone in here can try this out and report back.
    Basically spread your butt out.
    I also find out that this works better when I hunch down while thrusting considering I reverse kegel more easily in this posture

    That has the same effect as a reverse back kegel(forcing pop out). It loosens your anus muscles when your thrust. Your glutes are being used when thrusting. I focus on keeping my muscles relaxed so I don't go to ponr too quickly. Your idea seems like the same thing, but I dont plan on spreading my cheeks ever.

      Yeah Im not even sure im willing to do this in sex. Seems weird. But man im desperate to have some quality fuck. Ive been with my woman for over a yeah and i think she is losing paitence

        Thanks for sharing this knowledge. This is like RK with hand. Another prove that RK is working. This thread make me have more inspiration to continue RK throuhoug the day faithfully. I have failed with RK so many time that is why I have trust issue with RK. But there so many member telling that RK is the solution what is confliting with my experience.           Hey. So any updates from you?
          My gf and I had sex today and i gotta tell you It Worked. It worked. It worked.

                Thats really interesting, congrats!

                2 things:

                - Maybe its bad for Pre E / tight pelvic floor to wear tight boxers because your butt can never really expand and relax?

                - Are there some toys / devices etc that basically spread the cheeks for you, so you don't have to use your hands?

                  Im not sure if this has any effects. But i do notice that I have the habit of crossing my legs everytime i sit or even when i sleep. I find that when i do this, my pelvic floor got tensed and when I pull my penis upwards the involuntary kegels happen and they are insanely hard to control.

                  I doubt there is something like that. For now, i just sit with my butt spread out and stay in that position. Kinda like a pelvic floor balance routine out of sex. I do it when i edge too. Now i can edge for however long i want without reaching the ponr. I would recommend using porn too. Personally, i find no harm in that.
                  Just hope someday when the muscles down there got relaxed enough i will not have to rely on manually spreading my butt anymore. Thats my plan.

                    I dont know if any of you have tried this. But for me this is like an instant cure. Hope that this is not just something personal. Pe is frustrating and should not happen to any of us. I am now ablr to enjoy that great feeling and sensation on each thrust, not just the ejaculation part. Gotta be mindful not to make myself have delayed ejaculation though

                      I also have the habbit of crossing my leg while laying on the bed and i dont know why. It happens subconsciously.

                      Did you spread your ass with 2 hand when thrusting or 1 hand with your fingers? How hard did you spread and how long? And how many time did you spread in last sex session?

                        I did it from start to finish. One hand works fine but 2 hands i get even better results. Normally on each thrust, the muscles down there just get more tensed up to the point of no return and thats where the involuntary kegels happen. Now that still happens, those muscles still gradually tense up but spreading my butt sort of counter that effects so it takes longer or even forever to reach ponr. The harder you spread the better this will work. Just dont go overboard or else you will tear your asshole
                        Try this while edging to see if this works for you:
                        1. Spread your butt with your 2 hands
                        2. Sit on your spread out butt
                        3. Hands off you butt and start masturbating slowly with a fleshlight or your hands.
                        Normally if i dont spread my butt before i sit, my erection gets much stronger. But when i do this, it gets lossen up

                              I was so excited abiut my first success that today i was able to convinced my gf to have another go. Same thing! I lasted however long i wanted. Except i didnt have to use my hand all the time anymore. So the sitting while spreading excercise out of sex is working too. Another thing i notice is that reverse kegeling is much easier now. I couldnt even do it when it sit. And when i stand, i can only rk by tensing my abs and holding my breath. Now i can do so by just let go of the musscles, no pushing or tensing. This is greatt guys
