    Hey everyone,

    Im new to this forum, i appreciate all the info on here and everyone that has shared their experience to help make overcoming this issue easier for other ppl. Ive had pe since a teenager and i attribute it to poor masturbation habits and porn use.

    I've been working on this issue for a while and despite how severe its been at times (having trouble even masturbating for too long without ejaculating) i've never put in the full daily commitment into pelvic floor excersises that I think are necessary.

    Anyway, i'm hoping to identify exactly which muscles are over/under active here, maybe someone has had a similar experience.

    When im masturbating, I feel my penis getting pulled in toward my pelvis, like its retracting. its a strong reaction, if im pull my penis outwards with my hand I can feel strong muscles trying to pull it back. I feel this is the same intense muscle movement that I had built up to reach orgasm faster when I was a teen.

    I can hold off ejaculation quite well when masturbating bc I can determine speed, sensitivity, etc, but when im with a woman eventually this muscle tightens up and once it becomes so tight I cum pretty quickly afterwards.. usually lasting about 30 seconds. Its a frustration I know I don't have to explain here.

    Has anyone experienced this same inward retraction? It feels like my penis itself its tightening up. I know its probably like my pc muslces are overactive or not doing enough reverse kegels, but im wondering if anyone has experienced this same issue and determined a solution? I have a feeling the BC muscle may be a major part of it.

    Inward retraction you descripe is kegel. I have tried to touch my anus area while this inward retraction happen and notice that it is kegel. I have same problem as you when im super horny. This inward retraction have reduced alot after desentise ecercise and RK. Im not cured. I just notice these things when playing around with my penis.

    I know I don't last as long when my penis is pulled downward, eg with a girl on top. If she's on top I do better if she leans forward over me so I'm pointed more towards my abdomen. I wouldn't say that this is a kegel, it seems like it's a lack of flexibility.mobility somewhere, though I don't know to what degree this is normal (when you're younger your erection naturally points more upward for example).
