    Hello everyone!
    First of all i would like to thank everyone upfront for contributing to my journey ...
    In couple of sentences ill tell you everything you need to know if you want to advice me on how to resolve my issue of ejaculating prematurely...

    I've been reading this forum for couple of years now and at first it was because i wanted to enlarge my penis but then i was in puberty and i hadnt grown fully so now im at 13cm NBPEL and 15.5-15.7 BPEL and the girth is 12.4 so im kinda satisfied with that... I plan on losing some weight because of the NBPEL / BPEL difference ... So there is / was a bit of a problem in my confidence with my length and that could have contributed to developing PE.

    Anyway ... Ive lost my virginity and it was very fast , well experienced girl on top started jumping like there isnt tomorrow and i came in 10 seconds or so...
    Since then ive slept with two more girls and all that was in past two years...
    With the first one we've repeated it 3,4 times and it was always like that - sometimes 15 seconds but 5 seconds differnce isnt something that im willing to settle with ...

    The second one started like a one night stand and it finished like a two night stand
    Back then i enjoyed a bit of marihuana and it was some stage of life where i was with my friends and ive been way more relaxed than in past 5 years and it was like that for 2 months...
    Anyway , with this girl i managed to last, well , minute , minute and a half and then we would change to doggystyle where i managed to last couple of minutes more and i dont really know how that happent ... literally in that doggystyle i get tired of it because it wasnt the same height so i had to bend my legs a little bit and it was very exhausting but still it was a delightful experience...

    The third one was a virgin and wasnt really into sex and she couldnt position herself and i couldnt position her so i can enter her like i did with the other two ...
    With this girl when i enter her , even couple of cm s before i enter her i felt like if something touched my penis it would blow and it was like that , i managed to tolerate two/three thrusts and then i would blow...

    Interesting thing , while sitting and this girl blowing me , i could last for more than 5 minutes without much problems.

    It was nice remembering the sex times

    Now i want to say some things that arent related to sex but are related to my penis and i think to my PE.
    Since ive been doing some kegels but not for a long time and not that serious as well , i know what and where and how the pelvic floor feels like ...
    Anyway , during the day i can feel my pelvic floor tightening literally all day long - when im sitting , when im walking , when im lifting something , when im talking , any kind of action has a reaction on my pelvic floor ... something is always happening down there ...
    And im constantly getting some weird erections , without any reason ...
    It happens way more often when i dont sleep enough - im chronically tired.
    And i get horny very , very easily ... from watching a movie or something like that ...

    About the porn i dont last long as well - half of minute , minute to reach the PONR and then im just keeping it there and stroking lightly until i decide to cum ...

    After cumming once i can easily continue with just a little bit of stimulation ... if im masturbating i always continue and then my pelvic floor is loosen and it kinda bores me and i could masturbate for very long time and then i flex my pelvic floor just to get the right feeling and to cum ...
    with a girl its the same thing where i can last more when cumming but girls that ive met until now arent really for continuing after cuming...

    Also i used to be a big alcoholic and used to smoke a lot when drinking... quitted smoking couple of days ago because of the PE and cutted drinking to a minimum.
    Im up for a nutrition things or anything that can help and that isnt a drug ...
    Very motivated to get over this!


    Ive read many threads on this subject and im not sure what really to do since there are different reasons for the PE ...
    And i thought that it would be more productive if i shared my situation with people that are more into it than i am ...
    Im starting kegel routine - 10 reps of 5 seconds kegel 5 seconds break and then 10 reps of 1 second kegel 1 second break ... 3 times per day ...
    And per week increasing for one second and for one rep ...
    And a question - ive read that some people managed to get over PE but still their sex looks like constant focus on breathing and pelvic floor and they say that that they didnt expect sex to be thinking about lasting longer and breathing and stuff ... is it just while you get better or used to it or its gonna be for the rest of our lives ?

      Most men start with reverse kegels and limited or no kegels for a while.
