    I'm finding during sex/edging I have a lot more luck using kegels to hold that point back, when I reverse kegel when nearing that point it will push me over the edge 9 times out of 10.

    It might be a case of my kegels being stronger then my RKs as my stretching routines involve kegels to push the blood and trap it (squeezes/ulis). I've also read its better to hold a relaxed/RK until you reach the ponr. Problem is if I'm too relaxed I reach that point much faster.

    Might just have to keep cracking on with it and try focus more on reverse kegels/back reverse kegels and tennis ball massages, I believe I'll get there, just the bad days can really set you back and make you wonder what you're doing wrong.

    I can’t back away from the PONR with RKs. I use RKs to keep my arousal level moderate (6,7,or 8), and I use them to keep from spiking up to the PONR too quickly at the beginning. RKs, to me, are like taking your foot off the gas pedal on your car. It will slow your acceleration, but if you are too close to crashing into something, then just taking your foot off the gas won’t save you. I do think the MMO and kegel techniques can be more like slamming on the break near the PONR.

    Try to use both RKs and kegels in different ways. Both are effective.

    You're a trooper Will, always the first to offer advice, cheers man!!

    I'm on vacation for 3 weeks so it will be a perfect time for me to practice different techniques etc. Also being mindful of over thinking things as I believe it leads to unnecessary stress and anxiety so I am focusing on living in the moment.

    On a side note, my vacation is to see my gf who I have not seen for nearly 5 months, she said she was surprised we hit the ground running (about 4-5 minutes of sex) instead of taking a while to get Into it. I was surprised too I was expecting a few thrusts before ponr since I haven't had sex in so long, must be doing something right!
