Think I've been doing rks wrong. I feel a slight movement at the base of my penis. But don't get a stretch. It's like I can go so far and it gets stuck. I can't even increase the flow urine all that much.

Also I can masturbate for some time with an ok erection but at some point I feel my PF start to tense my erection goes to10 and I can't control my pf

So I am currently working on atp, rks all throughout the day (if I am doing them right) really tried working on front isolation, feel expansion but feel they are weak never really done kegals. And Hindi squat as much as I can. Also tennis ball massage in car and whilst driving at work.

That's all normal. Will take some time.
I didn't focus on it a lot for years. Only the last year. I was totally surprised when I suddenly could RK my whole PF.

Just keep working on it. It took me a bit to feel the PF start to drop and then it took me a bit more stretching to break it down. It will come in time, consistency and dedication is key. You have the basics, just make sure you are sticking to it. You cant stretch for a week and expect to be a contortionist, its going to take time depending on your body and the severity. (not implying you have only been working on it a week but that it takes time, I learned that I am one of those cases that cant be cured in a month or two).

Thanks both of you, it is frustrating sometimes I can rk perfectly sometimes can't definitely notice wen I posteriorly rotate hips it's much better gotta work on that and in the mean time find a work around. Think I have been kegelling for erections so I'm trying to train that out too
