    Day 4

    Read the stickies and decided i am going to follow bygd arousal guide when edging. So this is currently week 1

    Goals: 15mins of edging with lub without feeling Ponr just staying at 7

    Current day 1 of arousal program:
    15min edging with lub. 5-6min before reaching ponr at 9. Was really dancing between 7 to 8.5 trying to keep reminding myself to go down to 7.

    Then i got distracted and tried ballooning for 10mins which was super intensive. iks were mad hard! I found out i have more than 1 sensitive spot, i guess it is also because my dick is really shaped like a mushrrom and really stroking from the bottom of the head to the top is really super aensitive and gives mad Iks. During rhe ballonning session, i tried deathgriping a lil by simply applying tighter and harder pressure hoping to desensitize it.

    I also realised i forget to breathe from time to time. Tried the triangle breathing that mr willgetbetter suggested. Didnt really see the difference between normal belly breathing tbh. Hmm..

    Did my rk routine and hindi squat as well as tennis ball massage with yoga stretches. Can fee that my pf is looser now. But not sure how it is helping with the iks during edging :/

    Questions (hope experts or whoever can advise)

    Qn1 : will the timing during edging improve because the iks get lesser or you are just to the sensitivity tht you can just stay at 7 easier?

    Qn 2: kinda stupid but i haven really use lub before but am i suppose to keep dispensing more lub on my hand? cause it doesnt stay wet after a while and it becomes kind of sticky but still lubricated.

    At first i thought it is suppose to be as wet as possible because during sex your girl vagina would be wet Af. Hope someone can advice me on this.

    Qn 3: bygd arousal program mentioned that not to rk when edging but only when you want to get it down to 7. but i read another thread for plateue edging that you can hold a light rk when edging constantly to reduce iks and not just during breaks. So i am not sure which one to follow. Hope to get advice on this.


    It is freaking 4am now and i am suppose to wake up at 8. This is really thr sacrifice i gotta make! LETS GET IT! Thanks for the help so far!

    Edging is a large area of study and there are many methods . I will look for a thread to assist you .

    Are you doing any stretches to improve pelvic tension .

    Q1: I don’t know. When I look back at my thread, I did a lot of training methods at the same time. Also, my IKs, arousal levels, time to PONR, etc all fluctuated a lot at the beginning. It’s hard to make a direct correlation. All together, my IKs started reducing, my pelvic floor got looser, my time to PONR increased, and I could handle the intense frenulum/glans feelings.

    Q2: I either put more on or just do a refresh with a little water. If you’re using a flesh light, I’m guessing you know to use only water-based lube.

    Q3: I wouldn’t worry too much about doing it right. Treat it like an experiment and try a lot of things. You’ll find something that works for you.

    Hi pegasus! Currently doing a series of stretches for 20mins a day including what was mentioned such as puppy dog covra butterfly.

    Doing hindi squat theoughout the say whenever i can and also tennis ball massage of course

    Super disappointed today, think i am going to give edging a miss cause i dodnt get enough sleep last night and is super exhausted to do any edging now. Guess im giving it a rest till tml!

    Didnt really so my rk routine as well cause my stomach muscle was super tight. Guess i kinda overworked the last few days. I guess its kind of a rest day today.

    Continued with my yoga stretches and squats and could really feel my pf getting looser which is great. Sometimes it is as if nothing is there.

    Also i am still having this tingling sensation on my dick whenever sitting down or having arousing thoughts. Kind of researched on it and scared myself a little thinking that i might have hard flaccid but im not sure, dont rlli think i have although my eq is pretty shitty now due to the intense rks.

    ALRIGHT! Rest day today! Keep on it tml!

    Also, thinking of getting some vitamins and supplement to help out as well.

    What are some vitamins or supplement that are really helpful. Dont really wanna buy a bunch of it cause $$$. Hope someone could give me advice on this. If you could only buy one or two which ones are the essential? Vitamin b? Etc

    Okay! So i am back on a hiatus! My eq has came back. I actually derailed after reading about this 3 month reboot by buttersketch and now i honestly dont see how not getting into an edging routine can solve my pre-e.

    I am now back to square 1.

    Day 1:
    Edging with lub and hand: PONR came at 3min, continued to edge for another 7min. Feel like i needed to get all my semen out of the system this time. Kind of expected this after hiatus. I am devoting 6 months to cure this once and for all.

    Will aim for 20mins edging next time round and ponr only at 10min this week.
