  • I feel like a loser

    Hi so I have 7,5 inches bpel x 6 inches girth, I know it’s a big size but I have severe premature ejaculation what is the point of having a big dick if you can’t bang all night, it wasn’t like this all my life in my early teens I used to fap until my hand gets tired now due to porn -I was a huge addicted to porn 3 hours/day- I ejaculate within seconds I think a have a tight pelvic floor, so I started a program and I’m on the 40th day but I have no progress at all even though I am committed to the program,
    I quitted porn, reverse kegels , meditation,deep breathing, squats, stretching, tennis ball, ballooning and edging with fleshlight but not a single progress I just enter my penis on the fleshlight and the PONR kicks in I can’t do 5straight strokes I try to relax and reverse kegel deep breathing but nothing, I just want one minute just to feel a progress and to motivate me in my journey;
    This gives me a lot of anxiety and depression I feel like a loser
    Any hint or help guys or someone who had the same experience who wants to help will be so appreciated

    Step by Step.
    If you enter the FL do it even slower. If necessary do it in slow mo. There won't be a fast track for this.

      Progress comes faster or slower depending on the person. I have been at this for a bit now too with little progress. Keep dedicated and consistent with the routine. I figured the progress being made is just not noticeable yet. Took me a bit to figure out all the pieces then how to do the stretches right. I'm seeing marginal improvements in the bedroom but seen pretty steady progress with the other things. Figure the self progress will start to spill over into the bedroom any time now.

      Pelvic floor more loose and relaxed, edging times and arousal control getting better (hand and lube not STU), breathing, APT etc.

      Keep your head up man losers quit, if you want to win, stick to it and beat this shit.

        thank you, I'm keeping the routine I'm not saying I quit, It's just frustrating to see that you have a consistent program of 2hours per day but not seeing any slight progress

          If you've done 2 hours a day for 40 days and have seen no improvement, then you are fundamentally missing something or doing something very wrong. Maybe even too many things in one go. Take a step back, reevaluate what you know, set a new program up, tackle it again.

            You want too much too fast. Makes PreE worse.

            10 Minutes massaging/tennis ball the pelvic floor. Then do 5 minutes RK's.

            I can’t do 5straight strokes
            Then do 1,2 or 3 strokes and throw it away. - WIN.

            Next day or week you aim for 1 stroke more.

              I'v read this as well but didn't understand how it works for PreE though. For PE I understand because you are breaking and rebuilding the cells.
              But I can after doing quite a bit of RK feel kind of an fatigue feeling in the PF that makes it tense up a little.

              Guess there has to be balance with everything.

                When your PF is relaxed you wont react to every touch. If you stress yourself you are 1 reaction away from a pre-e.
                If you stress yourself you are not aware. A big problem for me was that there were no steps between 1-3, 4-7, 7-10/10 arousal.
                To get aware of 9.1, 9.5, 9.9 towards PONR you need to be relaxed and aware. Stress makes it impossible.

                So OP is coming within 5 strokes of the fleshlight. Why doesn't he stop after 1 or 3 strokes? Not aware enough, too stressed.

                    You seem very focused on the symptoms. You need to find out 'why' your pelvic floor is dysfunctional.
                    Normally this is bad posture/ anterior or lateral pelvic tilt!

                      In detail can you explain your routine and how often/consistent are you? Have you checked for APT like Paul mentioned?

                          The object of training is to learn what your body is doing. So, instead of panic at the 5th stroke of the FL, instead relax and focus what is triggering the PONR. Try something to get through it, if that doesn't work, try something else next time. Key is to learn what is happening so you can adjust. Just panic and shoot your load teaches you nothing. Focus on the dynamics so you can try different things.

                          Hard Kegel or Hard Reverse Kegel is not the answer. Works for some, did nothing for me. I strive for a totally neutral pelvic floor and rhythmic breathing.
