In my battle against his awful affliction, I've been drawn to Yoga. Some asanas are definitely more effective than others for loosening the pelvic floor. I've actually become quite addicted to general yoga now as a result, as I get multiple benefits regarding other mild physical issues I have. However, I have recently stumbled over the Malasana. It seems to really engage the core, and stretch the abdominal muscles, which, after recovery, seems to loosen me out considerably. However, I still reckon the Hindi Squat is better for the real push of the BC muscles outwards.
What does the PEGym make of this? Has anyone tried both?
