    Hi PE_Hell,
    I see you already received few replies about how your routine was not a proper routine, etc. They are probably right, but I still understand your frustration.
    Pre-E sucks and there is no single exercise that will fix it....

    My advices
    First of all, try Pau Yuen Tong balm instead of numbing spray. I remember I read one post here from a guy who said he never had success with numbing sprays and then tried PYT, which finally worked for him. I can tell it really works for me too! However I think I also read, that it didn't work for some..
    Now when using PYT or any numbing product, you need to plan sex, because it needs to stay on your penis for some time before it makes it numb. And that quite sucks.

    I am married and my approach is to lower dosages of PYT in tme while I will still do exercises to improve my PreE.
    Exercise I really like is glans squeezing. Whenever I do them after a longer break I have lots of IK's - same as with sex, but I am getting better slowly. IK's are our biggest enemy imo. That's why I am trying to get rid of them from my life. Instead of 1hours of walking do cycling. There was a guy who swore it cured his PreE. And I trust it. It's a perfect PF massage and good cardio. I will try to start cycling myself. If you can't cycle, just buy a tennis ball and start sitting on it when you can.
    Reverse kegels - I don't think need to do them religiously hundreds every day. You just need learn how to master them properly so you can relax your PE properly whenever you want.
    PF stretching - preferably daily at least a few minutes to make your PF more relaxed.

    Avoid the issue hmm no . I do not encourage numbing sprays of any kind.
    Just go do the basics . Fact is it rare to do them well.

    You are a trainwreck if you think there is no hope and no point. There are many who have cured themselves. That kind of attitude only makes your problem worse.

    If you want help just ask but ranting about how everything doesnt work as you try something else... well then u didnt try everything. Or you tried everything but didnt give it enough time or you were doing it wrong.

    We want to help but you need to come in with the attitude that you are willing to take the help we offer.
    Kegels are a meme. My PC muscle is stronge enough to CUT the fucking cum going out of my dick which causes retrograde ejaculation, which is unhealthy.

    The problem of premature ejaculation is overstimulation, I presume the precum that builds up fater for me than for the average guy is what causes PONR fast. This overstimulation should be a combination of brain stuff + hormones (my DHT is abnormally high, tested with bloodworks, for instance) and my dick having massive amount of nerve endings, which is why my dick feels insanely good even at age 30, just like a teen. I can have an erection and put my sheet around my cock and balls and cum without touching it, just looking at a BJ pov porn video which is realistic as you see what you see in real life so no bullshit cope arguments about porn.

    My PC Muscle is relaxed throught the day. Like I said it's stronge enough if I tense it, I don't need no routine to overtrain it. When you pee everytime you give it a workout each day so no need to overtrain.

    I can edge for hours, it's useless in real life with a girl.

    I barely watch any porn anymore. Just sometimes. Noporn is yet another meme copout. If you aren't addicted is a non issue. Everyone watches porn nowadays. As long as is normal, specially POV stuff.

    Well im not 15 anymore so it takes a while. I bought cialis in order to try to cope with a faster refractory period so its not as embarrassing with a escort however cialis gives me an headache. I tried viagra and sort of works but didn't cum, just edged. Both are useless for actual PE cure.

    The biggest dissapointed was finding out priligy doesn't do much which is the only approved medication for PE.

    My last hope is a spray called Fortacin which is medically approved (none of the dodgy ass chinese crap that it's sold online, I only buy stuff at the pharmacy)

    My PC muscle is always relaxed. The IK which I guess you mean involuntary kegels, come when im about to cum, which is fast. I have no mechanical problems. The only mechanical problem I may have is that my frenulum is sightly thight, and as my cock gets hard the frenulum becomes stretched giving a constant stream of stimulation.. which is why I want to try the Fortacin on my frenulum, since im not really looking forward for any surgery, since it's not as bad as not being able to fully retract the foreskin.

    Other than that, no, my PC muscle is ok, im fit (not fat), I can walk for 2 hours and not get tired.

    The problem lies somewhere between sightly tight frenulum + over stimulation due genetics (my cock and balls are abnormally tanned compared to the rest of the body, which is typically found in high libido individuals), my DHT is off the charts (im f*cking balding to both, i've been on minoxifil and finasteride foam for years and im soon going to start a dutasteride inyections treatment on the scalp to try to stop this another disease) but that's irrelevant, I have had this shit since before before i started any treatments.

    There must also be something going on with serotonin/dopamine/adrenaline.. who knows. Those are what have an impact at a "lizard-brain" level which is were the reflex for ejaculation is located.

    I can edge for hours by stopping right before the PONR, but this is useless when a girl is sucking your dick because the PONR is reached insider her, so you explode, it's not like stopping any stimulation instantly with your hand.

    Not anymore. I tried kegels and reverse kegels daily, I have also reached a point where my PC muscle is always relaxed. There's no point in obsessing with annoying routines. My PC muscle is strong enough to cause retrograde ejaculation. The problem here is that I reach the PONR TOO FAST.

    So need to decrease my sensitivity (numbing spray, which is a fucking annoying thing as you need to apply it 5 minutes before sex...) and act at an hormonal/neurotransmitter level.

    And no, I don't have a porn addiction. I have gone months without watching any porn, that is not how an addiction looks like.

    There's porn that's highly erotical. Google Klixen pov videos, those are f*cking awesome.

    And yes, everyone watches porn, with more or less frequency. You either have PE or not. It's irrelevant as long as it's not an addiction.
