    I think edging to natural stimulus (sensations, not porn or fantasy) is the way to go. It's difficult because as men we want to cum when we're aroused but you need to fight that and say no I ain't cumming, I'll finish this edging session and walk away. At least that's how I approach my sessions, I've quit ejaculation so I find it hard not to cum after edging but I just stay focused, jump in the shower, and go about my day.

    I also don't ejaculate often. Im now 2 weeks since I last came. It does nothing for PE really (in fact it may be even worse as you are hornier) but I do it because I notice the increase in energy. And since I don't have a gf and im not rich to visit escorts often I can get away with it.

    Note that i don't think this is healthy past like a month or so... gotta empty the pipes at some point.

    Not ejaculating contrary to what NoFappers believe is bad for Pre-E. When I started edging (still ejaculating), I could go 7-10 mins before PONR. Gone nearly 8 days without ejaculation and can last 5-7 mins before first PONR. Sensitivity and libido increases from no ejaculation. What you need is control not increased libido. Should try slow edging without porn or fantasy, just feeling the sensations.

    I'm Glad your Kegels are strong, so are mine, the issue was that i trained myself to Kegel while masturbating and sex. If you understand what a kegel does and IKs does, you would understand the importance of being able to RK effectively to help control arousal. Breathing through your lower belly, relaxing your abs and focusing your mind.

    A lot of things are inter connected and take work to fix. My sensitivity while masturbating with lube and hand used to be very sensitive. I would get a IK every stroke because the sensation was so intense. Now i can masturbate for 30mins + without hitting an edge or IK. It took making a routine and sticking to it...
    Everyone's dick has a massive amount of nerve endings, its supposed to, you can control your arousal with training and with stretching the pelvic floor. A tighter pelvic floor puts pressure on your prostate. Stretching and relaxing the Pelvic floor helps to fight that and also counter IKs.

    If you want the quick bandaid then use the sprays and creams.. if you want to actually fix your issue, build a routine or follow the routines recommended on site.
    Stop using porn it messes up your mind.
    Start stretching your PF, hindi squats, happy baby etc.
    Tennis ball massages
    Plateau Edging
    Find out if you have APT because you may need to incorporate Quad stretches and more core and lower ab exercises.
    Start focusing on your body, find out what your body is doing, what you are thinking and learn from yourself. I'v made so many discoveries about myself during this process.

    Iv fixed my tight PF, I'm retraining my body to stay relaxed during sex and the last thing I need to fix is my anxiety and to stop thinking about cumming. I'v been a 20second man and just started seeing progress after 4 months.

    Do you understand what a reverse kegel is? If you did it right, you would see that it helps lower your arousal so you don't reach the PONR as fast. It is one of the tools that help. If you aren't doing them right or you haven't trained them enough or loosened your PF enough, of course you wouldn't have any results to show for it.

    Stop thinking you know everything and be more open minded. You are making excuses but you want to fix your problem... Start over square 1 and be dedicated and consistent. When you have done that for 30-60-90 days solid and still show no progress or haven't been able to narrow down the areas you need work and the areas you are proficient at, then we can have an honest conversation on how "everything" doesn't work.

    Mate, seriously, you either need to take your time and read up on this whole PE thing, or ask jesus for help.

    1. Have you had the blood work that you mentioned done?

    2. All men have more or less the same amount of nerve endings in our cocks (there's a shit tonne of them - for a purpose).

    3. With a healthy pelvic floor, good hormones through exercising and overall fitness, you can have solid hardons at 50 (unless you're a genetic freak or had some sort of injury or other bs that most men dont). How many 50 year olds have healthy pelvic areas though? Not many.

    4. If you got PE, then i seriously doubt your pelvic floor is relaxed throughout the day. More like you aint got a clue what a relaxed pelvic floor feels like because you've never had it relaxed. ORRRR, you got massive arousal issues if you pelvic floor is able to go from fully relaxed to bat-shit-crazy-tight enough to cause PE. Contact a pelvic floor specialist.

    5. Edging is useless? Yes and no. Does progress in edging = progress with sex? Hell no. But it does help your body get used to sexual stimulation which can be very beneficial but by no means equate to progress in sex just cause you can wank off for 20min by thinking about chairs and grandma's. This is also where i disagree with what most people say about porn... Porn provides visual and audio stimulus which is more realistic than just imagination. IF you can learn to control yourself through all that, you got a far better chance in dealing with all the extra stimulus in sex. But if you wank off to porn and bust a nut in 2 minutes flat ... well that's where the issue with porn is.

    Suggest reading through the posts and stickies of people that have been researching and experimenting with this for years instead of making assumptions after 5min.

    Last thing to mention. Just because you can do a kegel and get retrograde ejaculation that doesn't mean shit. Curing PE is about a fully functional pelvic floor with relaxation part being the shortcoming that causes PE.

    No, I don't want an easy fix, I want a real fix. I can indeed go for hours, by stopping 100's of times as needed, before a PONR. Useless in real sex.

    Of course I know what a relaxed PC muscle is. it's freaking relaxed dude, what can I tell you? It's not clenched, so it's relaxed. The IK basically happens out of control, most likely because the precum builds up quickly so you have that sort of feel that is about to make you cum. I know this because IKs often come with precum near PONR. I can get throught them alone but with a girl sucking your d or whatever its literally impossible due too much stimulation.

    1. Yes, I have had bloodworks, my DHT is above normal, which I assume is a reason of having a high libido and very sensitive dick, coupled with high nerve density.

    2. Nonsense. It varies a lot, like everything in genetics. Androgen receptor density for instance, this is why some men never go bald, others bald slowly, others go bald quick as fuck. Let alone if you are cut at birth, your dick becomes dry (fortunately im uncut)

    4. PC is relaxed. It's high stimulation that cause IK. The people that last longer than me don't experience the same levels of arousal otherwise they would cum fast too.

    5. I don't think I will ever be able to last long specially with a blowjob. Feels too good, it's literally impossible. I will try the Fortacin, and I may start taking oral dutasteride to lower DHT and hopefully stop being a horny teen tier libido, and help with my hair as well. It's either this or keep comming quick at this point.

    People that think "a perfect pelvic floor" is all that it takes are deluded. People often ignore other reasons like sightly tight frenulum causing constant overstimulation, catecholamine problems (dopamine, serotonine, adrenaline...), high nerve density... etc (things which you cannot train)
