    Im turning 30 and im still cuming fast as f*ck. There's no point. I have tried everything. Including finally getting some Priligy, tried 30 and 60mg, didn't really do much... maybe some extra seconds before the urge comes. Totally useless on a real life situation with a girl, just like kegels, reverse kegels and so on. People that last longer just have less nerve density and feel less pleasure so the reflex to cum doesn't come as fast... simple as that. It's my realization after 30 years of suffering real PE (most people don't have real PE and think they do)

    The last thing I will try before I completely give up is a numbing spray. Will try it with a escort (dumb to bother with a sex life without paying as a PEcel anyway) then see what happens. It will probably suck just like everything else but whatever.

    Kegels: My PC muscle is strong enough to retro ejaculate so its not a problem.
    Edging: I can edge for hours, useless with a real girl situation.
    Fitness: I am skinny but athletic, I walk an hour everyday.

    Let's hope the numbing cream works because im out of options.

    Bullshit. I masturbated 5 times a day when I was younger and my penis was much more sensitive (you'll know why in a sec). I could literally last hours in bed and had delayed ejaculation. Fast forward to today, I've had my frenulum cut off and my dick is way less sensitive and I can cum in 10 minutes (during sex), probably 20 with masturbation. I do have the option to last as long as I want but if I rush then it's 10 mins or so even though my dick is less sensitive.

    One thing I learned is that when someone says "I've tried everything", what they usually mean is "I've tried a few things but I really wasn't consistent/dedicated". Where there's a will, there's a way. If you want curing then find the cure. Just so you know there's guys on here that could last 2 mins and are now lasting over 20 mins.

    I don't know a lot about Pre-E cause I never had to deal with it but from what I've heard it's caused because you trained yourself to cum quick during teen years whereas some people cummed in appropriate times (average) and some like me would masturbate or have sex for hours and trained ourselves to last that long.

    In recent years I began to rush it more hence why I cum a little quicker now. So in reality you just need to train your mind to last long.

    If there is no point then why are you here posting? If you want help say what you have tried, your routine and how consistent. If "sometimes" is in your routine, it's not a routine.

    Answer these questions and let's go from there.

    What stretches have you tried? How often did you do them? For how long?
    Do you have APT?
    What was your rk/kegel routine?
    Do you get anxiety or nervous before penetration?
    Do you edge?
    Do you suck in or tense up your abs?
    Do you tend to hold a slight kegel all day?
    Do you kegel while masterbating or during sex?
    Do you use porn?
    Do you get IKs?

    You are a trainwreck if you think there is no hope and no point. There are many who have cured themselves. That kind of attitude only makes your problem worse.

    If you want help just ask but ranting about how everything doesnt work as you try something else... well then u didnt try everything. Or you tried everything but didnt give it enough time or you were doing it wrong.

    We want to help but you need to come in with the attitude that you are willing to take the help we offer.

    Hrm I say if you really want to give up then go ahead. And it doesn't have to be forever, you can give up for a bit and try again in future. Being obsessed over something isn't healthy, and there's so much to life to explore and enjoy, even without sex.

    But if you don't want to give up then keep trying but don't get hung up on results. I know there are guys here who will say everyone is guaranteed to be cured with enough hard work and dedication. But honestly I don't think anyone can know for sure, especially based on the bit of information shared on an online forum. You might go your whole life without being any better, we don't know. If you want to try then keep trying, but you'll have to accept that. And the same goes for life, really, nothing is guaranteed. You can work your ass off and never get anywhere. But we try anyway.

    I think Bob meant take a break not necessarily give up. Maybe take some time off stressing about it and collect yourself, come back, and try again but stronger and more focued

    "Tried everything " oh how very many times I have heard that and has not yet once been true .

    Read the "must read stickies " in the pre e forum ,start a progress thread get the basics right . Your head issues are part of the basics so anger ,despair , hopelessness,catastrophizing etc are direct problems feeding into your issue .

    I still don't agree. I found PEgym 7 years ago and was never consistent with a routine and completely regret it. I would make gains then give up. I could have already hit my goal by now but this time I'm going for it and now at the best measurements I've had in my life. Giving up isn't the answer and causes you to become complacent. Taking a break to clear your mind should be considered a rest and only be 1-2 weeks long max.

    How's your refractory period? Can you go fast for another round?
    I know at my worst pre-e times I just came fast and was so aroused I could go for a 2nd round within minutes.
