    I am working with a sensate practicioner too. It's expensive but they claim I can gain high sensitivity and be in complete control at the same time. Very interesting stuff. She tells me you have to listen neck down, not neck up.

    Sex has been going well. Not as long as before but still a good amount of time. I am experiencing higher sensitivity so it does feel even better. I'm hoping to gain high sensitivity with lasting control so I'm really focusing on maintaining the higher levels. Two sessions ago I couldn't finish no matter what so I figure it is time to up the sensations

    Had sex a few times. 2/3 was good. The one bad one was I flipped her over and was on a mission lol. So far so good I would have to say

    I am adding this workout to my training, every other day. So tight now, it's an workout, rk, added some kegals with emphasis on relaxing between kegals, Hindi squat, baby pose, general stretching. Been at this now for about 12 weeks so the next few months I wanna really anchor this down

    Really good edging session this morning. 24 min and alot of good sensation. Had to take breaks but I am glad it feels Good cause there is days I can edge forever without much sensation

    Edged again later. After about 10-12 min Plateaued for about 18 min. Kegeled to finish. Didn't want to go into a night without the kids loaded...ha

    Been at the edging game alot. Been edging in the hindi squat too.if you do it right you can feel like your on fire. Really intense. I stick to 20-25 min and that's it. There's times I am at a 9 and I don't feel any need to ejaculate. It's intense, I'd say as it gets stronger it feels better than orgasm. I focus on the sensation very intently, almost coma like. Just reinforce that it feels nice and relax your body. The more you pay attention to the pleasure over time your mind will dedicate more brain cells to what your feeling and then it feels better. This morning I was at a 8-9 for a long time. For sex, my time has gone down but my sensation has gone up. For instance, last night I finished right before her but could keep going that little extra for her. I had a moment of plateau at a 9-9.5 for like 10 to 20 seconds. That was incredible and that is what I am after. Before I changed my edging style I could edge with a FL for days and have to kegal to finish but never had high sensation. I think learning to keep arousal low and relaxed PF was good in the beginning but I'm ready to advance now

    Been doing the ab workout ACPreE mentioned 3 times a week. It's a workout and the lady noticed the tighter and. It works lower stomach really well.
