Haven't edged in a few days. Been doing tennis ball massage, stretching alittle bit, and putting a real effort into the squats. Had sex this morning, her on top and lasted longest I have in a long time. Refreshing to say the least and that is a hard position for me. Squats are going better but still cannot relax in it but getting easier.

I believe the IC muscle is the tightest one when doing the message. Not sure if anyone else experienced that too.

Tennis ball message, 20 min edging. Then stretching and hindi squat. Hips are tight in the squat but it is slowly getting easier. Can't relax yet in it. Edging went really easy and was in plateau for alittle I believe. Not much pleasure but some. Before it's either nothing or it's intense

Had sex this evening, doggie and couldn't last. Even tried to stop and calm and loosen up but couldn't. No measurable progress with the real deal yet

Hee man, following your log for since the beginning. I've read on alot of forums that fixing APT can easily take 3 months of intense stretching and working out. I believe that once the majority of your APT is fixed, you can start focussing on relaxing the PF with RK. It's probably not before this moment that you'll see noticable improvements. Hang in there!

Thanks impumped. I did my normal tennis ball message, edged 25 min and did some hip stretches and Hindi squat. Still can get my heels down but it's getting a little easier. Gotta loosen the hips up o think cause that's where the pull is. Edging didn't really get up the arousal scale at all. So plateau is still alluding me.

Tennis ball message, edged for 25 min and accidentally popped. Stretched and did 5 min of Hindi squat. I tried to do 1 min squats 5 times. Even doing those I feel the pf loosen but only towards the back,not so much the front. I have tight hips yet and it pulls there quit a bit yet but it's better. Sometimes I will get a slight tingling feeling at the top of my penis. Not sure if that is normal??
