    Had sex this morning missionary which is the toughest for me. Went pretty well for me. Lasted 1-2 min I would say which is a great improvement. I was down on her for awhile and needed alittle help from her to getting fully hard so that's an improvement in arousal at the start. 5-10 is the goal for us. She doesn't like it to be long and drawn out and with 2 kids and a third on the way it's probably best to stick to a goal like that. I think any goal is a good one if we both agree and are both satisfied. Going to work on more Hindi squats and RK today. My groin is alittle sore from the squats so easing into them for sure. Good day though!

    Definitely is a great improvement! 1-2 min is not easy. Believing that 1-2min is a great improvement is even harder! Glad to see you have positive mindset!

    I would recomment you to write down almost everything you believe you did during sex and out side of sex that maybe lead you to this improvement.

    So I have been really working on Hindi squats lately and my edging has been focused on relaxing instead of pleasure right now. When I was down on her I paid attention to me and basically mentally was envisioning me banging her under complete control. I only noticed her when she pulled me up on top. I was doing slow pace without many deep thrusts with a deep breathing. I can't rk yet we'll when hard and I think it has to do with apt too. Was doing really well until she started moaning. Then it went from 4/5 to 10. At that moment I let myself break concentration and the auto response came back. I am happy as hell though and we will probably try again sat night or Sunday morning. Today I did tennis ball message afterwards and 5 sets of Hindi squats 1 min 30 sec each for total 7.5 min. During the day I am practicing holding correct posture while standing

    Exactly. Even when I'm doing my edging sessions, the beginning is more sensitive and calms down after a minute or 2. Good reason for a little foreplay as well. I always go down on my gf and get her a good head start. This normally gets her horny and she gives me head for a little and this gets out that initial rush. Few deep breaths and remember to relax and then go in for the grind.

    Definitely good advice, I really appreciate your log and I am reading it closely. I feel I parallel you in many ways. I think the hardest part I went from premej to DE to PremEj again. The transition from DE to PremEj happened with my girlfriend now and she is so thrilled at the idea I can't control myself with her. Now we find the balance.

    Pre E to DE to Pre E again. Wow, This is something new. Do you have any idea how you bacame DE? And how you became Pre E again? Any change in lifestyle?

    My DE was I believe due to mentally shutting down during sex and just being numb for say. It was a horrible marriage. My girl now I am with I am so comfortable with. She kept telling me to let go and enjoy everything. It litterly went from can't finish on Friday morning to Saturday night was 30 seconds. Been like that since so whatever switch got turned on gave me all of sensitivity. To finish I was clenching and kegaling before so basically I was doing everything wrong.

    Today tennis ball message. 4 sets 2 min Hindi squats in the am. Edged for 14 min and haven't really plateaued yet, just ramp up, stop, ramp up, stop, then I lost erection at 14 min so I called it quits, didn't obsess and got ready for work.

    On a side note, I believe there is a huge mental part to both of these issues. An interesting side note I became preme a couple weeks after we found out she was pregnant. Who knows. I am enjoying the new hightened sensations though, I just want to learn to prolong them since it is so enjoyable
